Isn't it about time you put the bumhole engineer quote off your sig :D

I can't help but think people read it and it makes me an even easier target than i already am, for word masters like Nick.

lol yeah alright then :).

;)

You won't be waiting too long then ;).

you could speed the process up by putting each letter for each word for the post in different posts.

Might need to remove the 20 second wait between posting otherwise it will take him a heck of a long time!

Also, a chance to get this thread back on topic slightly...

The guy on the far left looks a bit like Steevee G. And is this his Mrs??

Don't think our Edgar will sign tomorrow personally but I do hope so, we seem to be his preferred option listening to the phone-in. If he signs Monday will he be available for the Reading game?

Depends what time and if we get clearance from Football League. He might still go to Reading to watch though IF he does arrive on the Monday.

Yeah if, but apparently he loves it at Leicester and the facilities are great, according to his brother anyway.

Where/When did he say that?

I'll find it tomorrow, cba now. It was in the Dutch newspaper and Lorenzo said his brother liked Leicester and saw it as an ambitious club. He also loves the facilities.

Only listened to 'some' of the phone-in. Caught the important part about 10 minutes in.

Stringer said he'd literally just spoken to the agent of Davids and he said there would be a decision "by the weekend, but not in the next 24 hours". The cards would appear to be laid well and truly on the table and it's with Davids to decide what hand he'll play in response.

I think it's looking pretty rosy. This weekend will be a good one - I can sense it.

You cannot question a player of Davids ability to be able to play at this level - regardless of any time spent away from the game. Players of his class never lose it, certainly not at 36. We could get at least the rest of this season and next out of him. And then he could offer something on the coaching side maybe.

The benefits on and off the pitch outweigh the disadvantages considerably.

Nothing is going to happen with this until at least the weekend. We could generate another 36 pages tomorrow but it won't change the fact that nothing will happen in the next 24 hours.

It's frustrating, MM has really hyped this up and I'd like to know one way or the other right now which way it's going to go.

If it isn't pulled off at this late stage of negotiations, I'll be annoyed and disappointed.

If it's still ongoing, one cannot get too disheartened. Fingers crossed it happens.

Perhaps Knowitall could shed some light on the situation? :)

for what it's worth, KIA has made it very clear that he won't comment on any deals that are 'active'.... ;)

Just said on 5 live that the bbc understands davids will make up his mind by the weekend.

As a 'financial package', this is pretty much done imo.

It's up to Davids now. What's his motivation for coming here and what are his reasons for wanting to play for Leicester? It's down to that.

Does he want one final footballing challenge before moving into some sort of coaching role or whatever?
