Fosse Boy Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 I thought Henry was one of the modern greats... Now I just think he's a cunt. Disgraceful.
Tommeh Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 Well to be honest, I couldn't give a fck about Ireland, or France. I just love a bit of controversy. And I'm glad you think I'm a cunt. Really. I noticed you viewing the thread and tried to be as much of a cunt as possible so you'd compliment me. Made my day, kid. Only just read this, quite brilliant really.
Tommeh Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 :laugh:Jesus. Dont take the bite Jay. This is quite comical...some of you need to get over fighting on the internet. Life has much better things! Roughly translated that means your getting your end away on a ship, great form. If it's with the looker in your facey pick i'll offer a large handshake.
Fosse Boy Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 Why did I nooooo bother to read back through this thread? By the way, dead sperm is seldom useful. It makes a poor topping for hot chocolate. Live sperm on the other hand is brilliant.
MC Prussian Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 And the last team to qualify for next year's World Cup is Uruguay, drawing 1-1 at home to Costa Rica, but winning 2-1 on aggregate.
Guest Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 All places confimred with U R GAY getting a late goal to go thru. That joke's not going away is it Roo?
Samilktray Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 Last few pages of this thread have been gold. Feel sorry for the Irish but I still love Thierry, an Irish player would have done exactly the same as him given the chance, doesnt make it right but thats life. World Cups gonna be hollow for me next year with no Angola present.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 That joke's not going away is it Roo? Nope You would have a low opinion of them aswell if there supporters have spat at you before a world cup qualifier. There fans are a disgrace both times in '01 and '05 hence my low opinion of them.
purpleronnie Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 Have to say its kind of instinct to stick your hand out, but after he did it he could of fessed up, but so many incidents happen like this in matches but people only call Henry a cheat because it led to a goal if it had happend on the half way line no-one would call him a cheat.
Tilley Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 an Irish player would have done exactly the same as him given the chance, doesnt make it right but thats life. Exactly, no one on this forum would have been calling Richard Dunne a cunt if he had happened to have handballed it before scoring. The Irish have done well but fell short, oh well, they'll have to re-build and come back stronger for the Euro qualifiers. Rather see France than Ireland at the World Cup anyway. Can't wait for the World Cup draw

Rather see France than Ireland at the World Cup anyway. Can't wait for the World Cup draw Perhaps not but then I haven't called Henri a **** just a cheat and I'd call Dunne the same especially for such a deliberate hand ball.
Tilley Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 Perhaps not but then I haven't called Henri a **** just a cheat and I'd call Dunne the same especially for such a deliberate hand ball. That's fair enough but the majority of the forum would be laughing and calling the Irish player that did it a hero if the tables were turned. Henry admitted he handled it but said it wasn't deliberate. VA VA VOOM
Uncle Albert Posted 19 November 2009 Author Posted 19 November 2009 I certainly would of done the same as Henry, it's the World Cup at the end of the day, I would do anything in my power to get my country there, if that means a handball to gain an advantage then fair enough. If Wayne Rooney did the same thing he would be a national hero for doing it, at the time I was pissed off about the handball but then thinking about it I and many others would do the same. If you were an Irish player then you would be calling Henry a cheat but if you heard what Doyle said after the game he said if any of the Irish players were in that situation then they would of done it. Ireland had pleanty of clear cut chances to win the game, O'Shea, Duff and Keane but they didnt take them unfortunetly. Like Tilley said this should motivate them to comeback stronger for the Euro qualifiers next year, another thing how the hell isnt St. Ledger playing Premier League football, awesome over the two games. Not long now till the draw!

Not long now till the draw! Not in my eyes he wouldn't be. You can't have any pride in a team that's cheated their way to victory. If Doyle did say that then it's a real shame.

If Doyle did say that then it's a real shame. Come on AFIE, if that was our country that had done that last night then the whole nation would have been giggling their way to South Africa.
Samilktray Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 Wayne Rooney did the same thing to win the World Cup Id be disgusted to celebrate winning the World Cup in such a way.

If Doyle did say that then it's a real shame. So you wouldnt celebrate if we won the World Cup then and it was Wayne Rooney's handball that got us there? No course you wouldnt. Such a stupid thing to say.
Fosse Boy Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 So you wouldnt celebrate if we won the World Cup then and it was Wayne Rooney's handball that got us there? No course you wouldnt. Such a stupid thing to say. Not really. I couldn't be proud of a team who'd cheated their way to win the World Cup.
Uncle Albert Posted 19 November 2009 Author Posted 19 November 2009 Not really. I couldn't be proud of a team who'd cheated their way to win the World Cup. Well your need to take a long look at yourself. I would of loved it last night if I was a French player/footballer and I would of loved it even more if England done the same and we went to the World Cup and won it. Winning the World Cup is massive, I dont care how we win it aslong as I get to see them win it in my lifetime. Next you will say you wouldnt enjoy seeing Leicester win the Premier League because they won it by cheating.
lildave3 Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 Still don't know how Ireland went out. Shouldn't have even gone to extra time, they had their chances. Especially Duff and Keane!

Tilley Posted 19 November 2009 Posted 19 November 2009 If Gerrard happened to handball the ball into Rooney's path and he smashed in the goal to win us the World Cup, I'd be fucking ecstatic and so would any Englishman.
