hairy Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 Fair play Terry Henry in my opinion. Looks to me as if he is just trying to come out in better light knowing his opinion will make no difference at all. He has been branded a cheat so to pass the emphasis onto the shoulders of FIFA wont do him any harm at all.
Radovan's Caravan Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 I'm stunnedThere was me thinking everyone would have found common ground yet all I discover is the spasticated Chandler having another repressed-induced hissyfit. What is it with you Chandler? Why do you have to be such a Grade A Cunt? What is it about your sad little life which drives you to visit this forum again and again in order to do nothing but insult and make threats (which, due to your dickless nature, you never follow up)? Some here are total bellends because they are young, some because they're a bit thick - but you are their King. You are Lord ****head, master of the retards, because you actually have more than three braincells...and yet spend your time ensuring that the eCommunity thinks you have less. Your life must be ace. As no one bearing that monicker has been active recently on this thread I take it that your 'repressed-induced (a solecism if ever there was one) hissyfit (now who's a humbugger?) refers to me you piss stained poseur? And I wonder why, eh? I suspect that it might have something to do with this: 'Finners is my favourite poster on Foxestalk' Another little rat-man burrowing up the half witted mod's sphincter. Payment in kind was it? Papilloma spores licked clean off your yeech? You want insults sonny, I'll give you insults, you hypocritcal brown-nosing little willy puller...
dandannieldanok Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 ...rightAnyway, back on topic. Roy Keane has some interesting things to say: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/i...als/8370327.stm I wouldn't have bothered posting it were it not for the moment where a guy's phone rings halfway through, and once again Keane looks like he's considering manslaughter. That's a great interview !
lildave3 Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 Roy Keane! What a guy. Hard to disagree with what he's said if i'm honest.
Finnegan Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 As no one bearing that monicker has been active recently on this thread I take it that your 'repressed-induced (a solecism if ever there was one) hissyfit (now who's a humbugger?) refers to me you piss stained poseur? Alexikokopops Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 Fair play Terry Henry in my opinion. My favourite thing about it is how it's release was beautifully timed to fall just after FIFA insist there won't be a replay ALLES LES BLEUS
MC Prussian Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 The French squad should be tarred and feathered upon arrival in South Africa next summer. Or even better: Lose out in the 1/8 finals - because of a handball not given.
Simi Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 My favourite thing about it is how it's release was beautifully timed to fall just after FIFA insist there won't be a replay ALLES LES BLEUS Surely that is just a coincidence?
Fosse Boy Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/africa/8370058.stm We have stated most seriously in the complaint to Fifa to restore moral discipline to the world of football Well, if they can't even be bothered to condemn cheating then there's a fat chance they'll be of any use to you!
Uncle Albert Posted 20 November 2009 Author Posted 20 November 2009 http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/africa/8370058.stmWell, if they can't even be bothered to condemn cheating then there's a fat chance they'll be of any use to you! Why are FIFA going to replay a match because aload of Irish people are kicking up a fuss? Oh sorry I forgot this is the only time ever something controversial has happened in football. Bore off.

Uncle Albert Posted 20 November 2009 Author Posted 20 November 2009 I didn't say anything about replaying a match? what are you actually attacking him for? I mean do you actually have a reason? Before you both get on your high horse I just clicked the reply button, I didnt intend to 'attack' Foxy. I was just having my opinion about the replay fiasco.
Edmund Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 Before you both get on your high horse I just clicked the reply button, I didnt intend to 'attack' Foxy. I was just having my opinion about the replay fiasco. But the article he posted had nothing to do with the replay fiasco.
Uncle Albert Posted 20 November 2009 Author Posted 20 November 2009 But the article he posted had nothing to do with the replay fiasco. Re-read what I just said.. I wasnt replying to anything AFIE was saying, I simply clicked the reply button because it was the last post in the thread at the time.

Quality interview by Keane and 100% spot on.
purpleronnie Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 Definately, funny how the pen against Georgia wasn't mentioned by the Irish FA. These things happen in football if we replayed evey match that had a controversial incident the season would never end.
BoneDog Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 The omly solution is video replays for crucial moments like the France goal. Justice would of been done and Ireland would of still been in with the chance at going to the World Cup. I don't really blame the defenders cos everyone was tired by then, but I can see what Keane is saying about that.
ramboacdc Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 way i see it (probably a bit biased as im part irish but hey) it was flat out cheating in my opinion Ireland wants a replay, Irish FA want a replay, Henry says he wants a replay, the people of france want a replay (they are ashasmed themselves of the situation and would rather be there fair and square) BUT the french football assosiation are being mardy pricks and saying "we are there why should we care? money for the country" in my opinion its a farce!

Guest Mee-9 Posted 20 November 2009 Posted 20 November 2009 I share the opinion that, If this game should be replayed, then how about our scenario?? We lost to 'The Hand of God' In the QUARTER FINALS. This was surely more important, then why shouldnt this game have been replayed. There will never be a replay with France and Ireland, because of one simple man. PLATINI

Whats a crucial moment though? Offsides? Penalties? Sendings Off? Goal line Incidents? Handballs? I can see the game being stopped every 2 minutes it will ruin football. Plus imagine scoring but instead losing yourself in the moment, everyone stopping and waiting for the ref to check the video? Rubbish.
