Re-read what I just said.. I wasnt replying to anything AFIE was saying, I simply clicked the reply button because it was the last post in the thread at the time.

Definately, funny how the pen against Georgia wasn't mentioned by the Irish FA.

These things happen in football if we replayed evey match that had a controversial incident the season would never end.

The omly solution is video replays for crucial moments like the France goal. Justice would of been done and Ireland would of still been in with the chance at going to the World Cup.

I don't really blame the defenders cos everyone was tired by then, but I can see what Keane is saying about that.

it was flat out cheating in my opinion

Ireland wants a replay, Irish FA want a replay, Henry says he wants a replay, the people of france want a replay (they are ashasmed themselves of the situation and would rather be there fair and square) BUT the french football assosiation are being mardy pricks and saying "we are there why should we care? money for the country"

in my opinion its a farce!

I share the opinion that, If this game should be replayed, then how about our scenario??

We lost to 'The Hand of God' In the QUARTER FINALS. This was surely more important, then why shouldnt this game have been replayed.

There will never be a replay with France and Ireland, because of one simple man. PLATINI

Whats a crucial moment though? Offsides? Penalties? Sendings Off? Goal line Incidents? Handballs? I can see the game being stopped every 2 minutes it will ruin football.

Plus imagine scoring but instead losing yourself in the moment, everyone stopping and waiting for the ref to check the video? Rubbish.
