mmarkie Posted 1 December 2009 Posted 1 December 2009 What I want: Weale Neilson Hobbs Brown Berner N'guessan Oakley© Wellens Dyer Waggy Kermorgant What Pearson will play: Weale Neilson Hobbs Brown Berner Oakley© King Wellens Kermorgant Waggy Fryatt Thoughts?
Finchy Posted 1 December 2009 Posted 1 December 2009 Both teams are capable, either way i'll be happy.
mmarkie Posted 1 December 2009 Author Posted 1 December 2009 Personally I think it's time to drop Fryatt. I know not everyone will agree, but it's just my personal opinion.
SMX11 Posted 1 December 2009 Posted 1 December 2009 ...........................Weale................................. Neilson.........Hobbs.............Brown.........Berner ..........Oakley........Wellens........King................ ...........................Kermorgant......................... .............Gallagher...................Waghorn.......... or N'guessan on left and Oakley right (not a great fan of him there) and Kermorgant, Waggy front two.
Asha Posted 1 December 2009 Posted 1 December 2009 Weale Neilson Hobbs Brown Berner Adams King Oakley Waghorn Gallagher Fryatt
JimmyJam Posted 1 December 2009 Posted 1 December 2009 At the end of the day we are currently 3rd in the league and who would have thought that at the start of the season, I trust Pearsons judgement and if he persists with fryatt i'll support him the whole way!!!! He will know how much the forrest match means to us fans and he will choose the team he thinks will suit the fixture which will probably be: WEALE NEILSON HOBBS BROWN BERNER KING WELLENS OAKLEY KERMO FRYATT WAGGY Basically what i am getting at is whatever Pearson does he's got my backing the sooner he signs a new contract the better!!!!!
Jimmy Posted 1 December 2009 Posted 1 December 2009 following team please Mr P Weale Morrison Hobbs Brown BernerKing WellensGallagher Kermit WaggyFryatt If Gally, Kermit and Waggy all have freeish roles the Fryatt will get plenty of support and the midfield won't get over run and we also will have some width which is generally something we lack given Pearson's aversion to playing Dyer (for good reason), Adams (why he can't get a game I don't know), N'Guessan (probably better as a sub atm while he gets used to the step up) and Gradel (seems to rate but doesn't want to actually play him plus he's on loan). It will be tempting to recall Oakley and maybe Howard but for differing reasons this would IMO be a mistake, Oakley is playing terribly and has been pretty much since he came here and Howard is useless unless you play wingers that can get crosses in. Also Morrison is a bit more mobile and has better distribution then Neilson does, although I do love seeing Neilson's crunching tackles, such a throw back

Good point and I agree, but I do think it is time to drop Fryatt. Saying that, he always goes and proves me wrong once I say something bad about him!
lildave3 Posted 1 December 2009 Posted 1 December 2009 I imagine Oakley will be in, hopefully for Gallagher. Other than that i'd probably keep it the same.
Guest ttfn Posted 1 December 2009 Posted 1 December 2009 I don't think 'dropping' Fryatt is what's required. But with 3 games in a week, I'd like to see him miss one just to recover a bit. I'd suggest Forest is probably not the best time. Weale Neilson Hobbs Brown Berner Oakley Wellens King Dyer Waghorn Fryatt subs: Pretty much the seven others who occasionally feature
Guest Mee-9 Posted 1 December 2009 Posted 1 December 2009 Weale (GK) Berner (DL) Neilson (DR) Hobbs (DC) - Had a dip in confidence, after the mistake, could even see him dropped, which is unfair on the lad, after a string of good perforances. Brown (DC) N'Guessan (ML) Wellens (MC) Oakley (MR) Gallagher (AMC) Fryatt (ST) Waghorn (ST) Was thinking about King, but i enjoy watching Gallagher.

Vlad The Impaler Posted 1 December 2009 Posted 1 December 2009 following team please Mr P Weale Morrison Hobbs Brown BernerKing WellensGallagher Kermit WaggyFryatt I like this alot, doubt NP will field it though, As i said in the other thrread, width is needed badly in our team at this moment in time, so i'd play Oakley and N'Guessan on the wings and toss a coin between Fryatt/Waggy/Kermo/Gally to start upfront. Can see this being very similar to the QPR game.

I think it will turn out like the QPR game too, them Forest fans being cocky, they have a good vein of form, fast attack but I think we will beat them.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 1 December 2009 Posted 1 December 2009 Weale Neilson Brown Hobbs Berner N'Guessan Oakley King Dyer Fryatt Waghorn Think it is important to play wingers to hit them on the counter attack, whilst I would like to see Oakley in, meaning Wellens drops out for me as i think King is playing better.
