Tabou Posted 10 December 2009 Posted 10 December 2009 You need a new hobby, preferably one involving lots of kit. Mine is my new Mountain bike. Lots of accessories and clothing involved = easy present list. I'm going to buy a new mountain bike at the weekend. It's something I've always wanted to do properly....and something to do at the weekend for free.
lou Posted 10 December 2009 Posted 10 December 2009 If Sir F bought me a steamer for Xmas, I would divorce him. this! My Dad and Brother clubbed together and bought me a posh Kettle for my 40th Birthday! They genuinely thought Id be made up! My Sister got an Iron! Still holding out for the iron/ironing board combo, huh? My friend in Greece got this combo from her old man for Xmas a couple of years ago Her husband kept telling us (in his broad Greek accent) how she was "a very lucky girl!" Why do men think these things are acceptable presents??
Robsdee Posted 10 December 2009 Posted 10 December 2009 I would shove the steamer where the sun doesn't shine!!!! He would pay for a mistake like that for a very long time. Luckily I have mine far better trained than to even consider it

Then Christmas would feel like Christmas. I knew what i was getting, so then all it takes is to persuade my wife to give them to me. Atleast i can make use of them now.
