Not sure if it's something to do with the properties not allowing it. I know this is similar to why that proposed wine bar next to the Corner House wasn't able to open.

There s a chippy just over the road from it though, that place is lovely. Do some lovely curries. Leicester Pizza on Upperton Road comes heartily recommended by myself and Mrs Bilo.
