Sparky Posted 7 January 2010 Author Posted 7 January 2010 Yeah I was really pleased to see him on the bench. I don't think he would disgrace himself if he has to play at any point soon, but centre-back is probably the hardest outfield position to slot into from youth level. Bah Humbug ! Not fussed which game really just gotta see if we can raise 30. Id imagine a Plymouth wouldnt be cheap but can always get a quote
Guest Posted 7 January 2010 Posted 7 January 2010 What like girls can play??!! :w00t: I am always being pestered to turn out for these events, but unfortunately, I no longer have any boots.

Sparky Posted 7 January 2010 Author Posted 7 January 2010 Am i allowed to come, even though i dont have a post count of 10 billion plus ?. Just like every FT event , all are welcome
Uncle Albert Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 Deffo mix the teams, alot more fun and I am alot more confident in playing when I have Hullfox, Sparks or Singh at centre half than JoeB
lou Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 I am always being pestered to turn out for these events, but unfortunately, I no longer have any boots. Oh... neither do I Nah Id get tackled and break a hip at my age
Alexikokopops Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 Deffo mix the teams, alot more fun and I am alot more confident in playing when I have Hullfox, Sparks or Singh at centre half than JoeB I'll play alongside you at centre back. I'm truely awful, but I put in a good challenge as ld3 can testify (from my one appearance in an FT game).
StanSP Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 Lou and Lisa can stand next to the goals doing fuck all to help DB11 just incase anything happens in the penalty areas
lildave3 Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 I'll play alongside you at centre back. I'm truely awful, but I put in a good challenge as ld3 can testify (from my one appearance in an FT game). Good challenge/Turned into a maniac killing machine
tylesta Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 wouldnt mind a crack at this, what days are the games as i play saturdays and sundays
DB11 Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 Good challenge/Turned into a maniac killing machine I loved Mike's challenge on you in 6 a side
lildave3 Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 I loved Mike's challenge on you in 6 a side But that was a good, fair challenge! (Plus he slipped and didn't mean to do it )
Edmund Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 Like the coach idea, however being the sensible one () it is an offence to carry alcohol on a coach that is taking footy fans to a game (Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985), so pub stops are a must!! There goes the jolly boy outing. <_< I would've been up for it but if it's turning into a museum tour I'l give it a miss.
Finnegan Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 There's actually a clip of Alex' challenge on LD3 on youtube.

My mission is completed.

Guest Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 Lisa, yes you do need to do the fancy dress thing again. We had such a cracking time at Crewe Er, no.
Tevez Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 wouldnt mind a crack at this, what days are the games as i play saturdays and sundays Who you play for mate?
AmericanScott Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 But that was a good, fair challenge! (Plus he slipped and didn't mean to do it ) Can't remember who it was but one of you got a nasty cut from that challenge Was a cracking tackle though.
Finnegan Posted 9 January 2010 Posted 9 January 2010 Can't remember who it was but one of you got a nasty cut from that challenge Was a cracking tackle though. One of the gnarliest cuts I've seen was the one Bert was displaying before one of the five asides. Nasty. Though the one he inflicted on Smuts was golden.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 10 January 2010 Posted 10 January 2010 I shall play, would like to meet a few people.
General Smuts Posted 11 January 2010 Posted 11 January 2010 Lisa, yes you do need to do the fancy dress thing again. We had such a cracking time at Crewe Jack Sparrow needs another outing. Though the one he inflicted on Smuts was golden. That hurt at the time but was worse when it got infected
