After that flimsy salad, I'm very much looking forward to this, the main course.

(Germany vs. Australia will be the dessert... or perhaps even the digestif)

Hoping for an open game.

Serbia have a few good players, so I reckon they'll win this. Hoping for goals, so 3-1.

Both teams have come out of the gates at 100 mph. The tackles are really flying in. I'm not sure this pace can keep up for 90 minutes, but if it stays like this for a while, we'll certainly see a few entertaining incidents.

Arrggghhh, when will we see a few decent goals?

To be fair, though, both teams are playing with plenty of enterprise (more so Ghana, who are exploiting a big advantage down their left wing with Ayew), but both back lines are playing great. Ghana has to make a couple of tweaks and figure out how to support Gyan up front.

Really struggling for goals, this tournament.

Only 8 in the first 6 games - and we're yet to see a game with more than two in.

Seems like it is taking most teams too long to get into the game, and up to now there's been numerous wasted clear-cut opportunities.

These vuvufuckingzela's are just draining games - the non-existant atmosphere's don't enhance the entertainment on the pitch at all.

Nobody wants to lose their first game. These opening fixtures are always tight affairs.

Yeah, like i said he's been registered as Pantsil when his actual name is Paintsil. Edit-miss read your post.

No, you're missing my point.

On his shirt it says 'Panstil' rather than Pantsil
