RowlattsFox Posted 15 June 2010 Posted 15 June 2010 I was worried I'd miss a good game today, it appears not. Sooner the first games get out the way the better, then teams will have to win and we'll hopefully see some better games. The games are boring but can't help myself watching the next one, just in case.
Mikey Posted 15 June 2010 Posted 15 June 2010 Everyone seems to scared to lose. This group is pretty much those 2 trying to now snatch a point from Brazil, or only lose by one and trying to beat the Koreans by more than the other. Not lived up the hype so far.
Narborough_fox Posted 15 June 2010 Posted 15 June 2010 So far I've wasted about 500 minutes at watching the borefest!
Mee Posted 15 June 2010 Posted 15 June 2010 Another boring game..hopefully Brazil will produce an exciting game tonight and give us some entertainment. Everyone is playing with so much fright, but I suppose it is understandable.
Matt Posted 15 June 2010 Posted 15 June 2010 Gutted I missed this game on TV, listening to the commentry on the radio it sounded such an exciting game I honestly had this marked down as a great game, I was wrong.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 15 June 2010 Posted 15 June 2010 IMO this was the worst game so foar, well with the France Uruguay game anyway. No urgency at all, after about an hour, they both seemed to be happy to settle for a draw. Shockig really, another poor game. The Cameroon Japan game was better than this, least that had one goal and ten minutes at the end that were exciting. Just hope Brazil vs Korea has goals.
MC Prussian Posted 15 June 2010 Posted 15 June 2010 Can I say I'm glad I missed this one in its entity? Thank the Lord for work.
dandannieldanok Posted 15 June 2010 Posted 15 June 2010 Ivory Coast were a massive disappointment for me personally, I kind of expected Portgual to be as toothless as they were. The only African teams to show any ambition so far are Ghana and South Africa (to some extent), the others have been piss-poor.
Corky Posted 15 June 2010 Posted 15 June 2010 You're all right, it's teams being scared to lose. You can expect crap games from New Zealand and North Korea because of the lack of quality but from France, Portugal, Ivory Coast, with decent attacking players? Very disappointing.
