I swear the guy needs glasses or contact lenses the amount of times he kicked into thin air. I'm gutted about the result. Ref was terrible. I lost count of the amount of times he blew for a foul against Bendtner/Larsen when they were the ones being fouled. Impressed with Japan, but I think I can safely say that Japan have never EVER played that well. Kudos to Nippon and hopefully we'll see more of that classy Honda (not something you'd say often!).

Finnegan Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 It's a shame that Matsui doesn't play at a higher level of football - he has boundless energy and enthusiasm but just not quite the fitness to match it. Loved Harry making notes at half time! Haha.
