CKB Posted 13 July 2010 Posted 13 July 2010 Blackpool, Celtic, Fulham and Hull City are also believed to be in the chase for his signature. If true them two teams highlighted could prove tough to beat in getting him aboard
milan_foxes Posted 18 July 2010 Author Posted 18 July 2010 Hugo Colace has reportedly gone to Crystal Palace.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 Hugo Colace has reportedly gone to Crystal Palace. Where have they got the money to afford his wages? Unless their financial problems finished without me realising.
ousefox Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 Hugo Colace has reportedly gone to Crystal Palace. Where have you heard this? I know a Barnsley fan who was gutted that he was leaving and i'd love to see him here.
Nickfosse Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 Hugo Colace has reportedly gone to Crystal Palace. Where has that come from? I've looked on t'internet for Palace and can't see any mention of it. I was hoping that the delay in him signing for Swansea was to wait till Sousa got back from Slovenia to speak to him as well as time to sort out their managerial vacancy.

It was in the people I believe, so it's not that believable.
Fox 4 Life Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 According to a mate who is a huge Swans fan and knows Pratley, he is almost a dead cert for the Trees! Shame as he would have been a great addition but I never bought in to it due to the fee required!

Shame as he would have been a great addition but I never bought in to it due to the fee required! Hooray! Our boards are going into meltdown at the minute with all sorts of tosh so this is nice to hear.
Ozwin Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 Hooray! Our boards are going into meltdown at the minute with all sorts of tosh so this is nice to hear. No offence like but why do you keep coming here?
Corky Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 No offence like but why do you keep coming here? RedHux is fine, he realises that by being civilised he will get a sensible response. Probably a closet Leicester fan too
RedHux Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 hehe Wouldn't go that far. Although I do live in Loughborough so this board means I can talk to City fans with a reasonable amount of received opinion and knowledge.
Callabinho Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 Ive Heard Pratley is on his way to forest! if they get Whittingham to they will have a real good shout at automatic promotion ! i do hope we manage to get a few good signings in Colace would be a pretty good signing, Im hoping Buzsacky finds himself here ! but hey ho fingers crssed !
Narborough_fox Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 Forest have had a £1 million bid rejected for Swansea midfielder Darren Pratley.
timh10101 Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 Swansea have rejected a £1m bid from Forest to sign Darren Pratley according to SSN.
h1210 Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 Swansea have rejected a £1m bid from Forest to sign Darren Pratley according to SSN. Anyone know how long he has left on his contract? That seems a pretty low bid, maybe we actually do have a chance of signing him if that's the price region
RedHux Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 This seems odd as it was widely reported we offered 2.5m for him a while back. I remain confused over the Pratley affair. So far, hes signed, then he's not signed, then various bids had been turned down, he's signed again but we're just ironing out wages, then he's signed but we're waiting for to announce it so it ties in with season tickets and the like, then he's going to you lot instead and now we've had 1m turned down for him. It's all too much. Think I need a lie down. Edit: He has a year left on his contract and is free to talk to other clubs in Jan.

FrankieADZ Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 wouldnt mind seeing Simpson, not really interested in the other 2 tbf:P
Clazie Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 This will put him out of our price range... http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11688_6270623,00.html
Pratlinho Posted 20 July 2010 Posted 20 July 2010 The only reason any Championship could realistically being able to afford him is the 12 months left on his contract. If he had more than that then nobody in this division could offer us anything like what he'd be worth.
beemeroo Posted 20 July 2010 Posted 20 July 2010 This will put him out of our price range... http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11688_6270623,00.html Would Brendan Rodgers be able to inspire you to stay? In reply to the Swan above, that's hardly a new thing in football. Often it's the fear of allowing a want away player to go on a free that prompts a club to sell up.
