gloucesterfox Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 On FoxPlayer, Selecting "Compatibility View" let me login and I can get to the match page but when I select the Leicester City Commentry it says next to "ON AIR" "Please log in to listen to live commentary" but in thetop bar it shows my name and has the "Sign out" option available. I remember why last season I let my subscription laps, when will City get a professional company in?
theadmans Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Finally into Player to hear the news about the goal. What a great afternoon this is turning out to be ! Clearly the tech problems were nothing to do with browsers, bookmarks, compatibility mode etc - clearly all to with the mickey mouse, rinky dink service provided by Premium TV.
DanTheFox07 Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 sounds like nguessan has missed a zillion chances in the first half alone! oh well good game to win!
AoWW Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 I'd urge all those who've had problems with Foxes Player to send them an arsey email, even if it is now working for you. The more complaints they get, the more the penny might drop that their service (that those outside of Radio Leicester's area are pretty much forced to pay for) is crap.
Pegosteve Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Lets see if Sousa can offer an inspired half time team talk and get us back into this game. We have had 2 great chances and we need to be putting them away.
Jonezy Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 FoxesPlayer is still FUBAR, but ClaretsPlayer works and you can hear the Leicester commentary from that one, I realized.
lee7 Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Sounds like we're playing shite <_< , hopefully we play a lot better second half
Foxhateram Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Future Post Prediction: "If Fryatt was playing this would never of happened". Already said it before the game started, Fryatt is a better finisher for us then N'Guessan, Howard and DJ according to all stats. He adds something different up front that gives us an extra option, holds up the ball well and finds a player with some good passing therefore setting up goals. I cannot therefore fathom why he has been left out the squad and how DJ "i hate leicester" Campbell gets in every game and lacks strength and a technical mind both of which Fryatt has and exploits well. DJ starting sends out some very bad messages to the squad as well. Anyway bring on the second half.

danielpholt Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Bit of faith is needed...we're just giving them a headstart. We're gonna do a Man City and knock 4 past them in a 12 minter period at the start of the 2nd half...
nuttytimmy Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Little more than a few half chances 1st half. Play around their box is good, but we've hardly troubled Brian Jensen. Their goal was more than a fluke, although you can't blame Logan. I would agree that fitness seems short (Hobbs a case in point). Nielson is having a cracker but for his pace. Burnley fans are virtually silent, except for the goal, but are very nice people. Err, that's all.
Edmund Posted 21 August 2010 Author Posted 21 August 2010 they travel together as well don't they from Birmingham way? sure I read that somewhere last season, so it could be possible Yep they do. Their also bezzie mates.
C-man Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 At least the benefits of unsettling a successful and stable team are there for all to see.
Wdywd Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 I think you overrate Fryatt somewhat. Tbf, the fact that he's been our top scorer for the past 2 seasons would suggest he's at least worthy of a place on the bench? That said, I don't think he's been left out for football reasons, he's either injured or it's some sort of punishment for something.
Edmund Posted 21 August 2010 Author Posted 21 August 2010 At least the benefits of unsettling a successful and stable team are there for all to see. I'd hate to bring it up but you're right. Players like Morrison must be livid after a very solid season. This is why I'm still skeptical of the new owners as everything points in their direction of why Big NP is no longer in the dugout.
Mack Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Stringer has just stated that Campbell's best position is wide right. Does he commentate with his back to the game? When has he ever been played wide right???
Salieri Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Any chance we could keep the Fryatt guff in here or if you like in here?
Foxhateram Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 I think you overrate Fryatt somewhat. Maybe i do, but please tell me you are not arguing with me regarding his contributions last season. He has been our top scorer two seasons running. DJ, Howard, N'Guessan have all had chances to prove their worth but none have scored at the same rate as Fryatt for us in the past. Even Waghorn did not score as many as Fryatt in about as many games. I just can't understand his lack of inclusion in both pre-season and league matches. He is also our top goal scorer this season so far with 2. If it is non-football related that he and Dyer have been left out, i hope it isn't as petty as being late for training due to traffic or something of the sort, as both players could have been a vital attribute in this game.
DanTheFox07 Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 I think you overrate Fryatt somewhat. One of our top goalscorer`s and nearly half a season out, and were struggling to score goal`s this season, yeah gr8 some of our passin is easy on the eye but if we can`t score then pointless playing that way, perhap`s we havent got the player`s with enough technical ability to pull off what sousa expect`s from our squad in the short term! but regardless of this fryatt is a goalscorer and doesn`t look like we have many on the bench, Id defo bring on gallagher though!
Wdywd Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Stringer has just stated that Campbell's best position is wide right. Does he commentate with his back to the game? When has he ever been played wide right??? I liked the fact that Alan Young just said 'well it was on the left he's been best' Stringer is a fucking disabled

Yawn.
