Callabinho Posted 6 December 2010 Posted 6 December 2010 Mancini will be gone by then, but as long as david silva, teves, and adam johnson are not on the pitch we could knick it.............................
Baby Elvis Posted 6 December 2010 Author Posted 6 December 2010 Mancini will be gone by then, but as long as david silva, teves, and adam johnson are not on the pitch we could knick it............................. YEHHHHHHHHHHH we will win Aslong as Dyer is tearing it up down the wing 4th round here wecome!
dpjfox Posted 6 December 2010 Posted 6 December 2010 i doubt they will allow cunningham to play ( we may try and buy him before then, but reports suggest they wont sell). I think they will play a strong team as they need to deliver silverware this season, im just hoping all our loanees are still with us ( either bought or extended loans) plus 2 or 3 new players (one as cover for Abi), if we play well we will gve em a game!
Ozwin Posted 6 December 2010 Posted 6 December 2010 We're gonna get torn a new arsehole regardless, it's just a matter of how many. Doesn't stop me spending my hard earned on it though.
FoxyPV Posted 6 December 2010 Posted 6 December 2010 Hopefully they'll knock 7 bells of shite out of each other the night before the match and we score in the 1st minute and then heroically defend for the rest of the match to secure an improbable win.
Jackirius Posted 6 December 2010 Posted 6 December 2010 I can see them fielding a pretty strong team, without Tevez, Silva, Balotelli, Lescott. Mancini/Man City will defiantly want a bit of silverware this season and the FA Cup may be there only hope, we could provide an upset to them so they wont want to risk it too much.
Kitchandro Posted 6 December 2010 Posted 6 December 2010 We're gonna get torn a new arsehole regardless, it's just a matter of how many. Doesn't stop me spending my hard earned on it though. normally I'd agree with you, but come one mate, it's the magic of the FA Cup. We're destined to win Those primadonna's will shit themselves at 30,000 passionate Leicester fans and 11 players who need no further motivation.
ozleicester Posted 6 December 2010 Posted 6 December 2010 sven said he spoke to Mancini and asked him to bring the reserves... Mancini said no... Tevez et al would be on the park. Sven said (as mentioned earlier) City/Mancini must deliver silverware, so i think we will see a pretty solid side out, either way, Im going to be there to see our first Prem scalp of the new generation.

Callabinho Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 Id put money on us loosing Davies, Villa got thumped last night!
Christoph Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 Id put money on us loosing Davies, Villa got thumped last night! I think your right, or atleast losing him so the manager can give him some games in the premiership. Man City are increddibley inconsistant so if theres one big top flight team we can beat it surely has to be them. Not sure how we are expected to beat them without one clinical striker or fast wingers (other than dyer).
crazylegs1984 Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 Forget about man citys side who the hell we gonna put out !!!! Who will be a leicester player then and who won't , who we gonna buy in january ohhhhh tentative times ahead!!! Forget about man citys side who the hell we gonna put out !!!! Who will be a leicester player then and who won't , who we gonna buy in january ohhhhh tentative times ahead!!!
Monk Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 If Cunningham is still a loanee, he definitely will not be able to play.
crazylegs1984 Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 If we have him till the end of the season why would man city not mind us cup tieing him??
Asha Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 If we have him till the end of the season why would man city not mind us cup tieing him?? It's not a case of cup tying, playing against his parent club? Ridiculous. If you want an example of why - Marcel Seip.
Kitchandro Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 If we have him till the end of the season why would man city not mind us cup tieing him?? They don't want their own player to bite them on the arse and score the winner against them or something, and since they have the power to tell us he can't play, they might do so.
crazylegs1984 Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 Marcel seip was he not the guy who scored against his parent club on his debut???
FoxSinceBirth Posted 8 December 2010 Posted 8 December 2010 I suppose it will be a mixture of some first team and reserve.I think Givern is a sure start. Cunningham. is he not aloud to play
The Goat Posted 8 December 2010 Posted 8 December 2010 Evening ladies and gentleman. An interesting debate you've started here. I'm really looking forward to the game as a lot of you are and having watched Leicester a few times this season it'll be interesting to see which Leicester side turns up on the day. Cunningham won't be eligible to play, but if you did knock us out he would be eligible in future rounds. I know he has just signed a 4 year deal with us in the summer but I don't think he has what it takes to make it at the very top. How has he been playing for you? He's looked a lot better in the odd game I've seen him, but obviously I don't see him week in week out. As for the team for the cup I think we'll put a mixture out and it will also depend on who is still with us by the time we play. At this moment in time I think we'd play Given, Richards, Boyata, Kompany, Bridge, Vieira, Milner, A. Johnson, Wright-Philips, Balotelli, Jo. By the way, do you have any idea how many tickets we'll be allocated and how much they'll be?

By the way, do you have any idea how many tickets we'll be allocated and how much they'll be? Hey there Goaty Cunningham has been impressive for us, he's still got a lot to learn but he's obviously got plenty of class and I think a lot of Leicester fans would want to sign him on a permanent basis. He's a good tackler and is a real threat going forward. He can show a bit of naivety at times but I think that's something he will improve on with experience. As for our Cup game, I'm sure even your complete second string would be good enough for the top 6 of the Prem, and we will put a strong team out (hopefully, depending on which loan players stay, we've got a few) and they will not need any extra motivation. I think you'll be allocated around 5,000, I believe it's 15% of the ground for FA Cup matches. I'm hearing tickets will be £20 for adults so hopefully the Stadium will be pretty full. All in all, I'm looking forward to what should be a cracking Cup tie. We've waited a while for a big cup match like this at home so we should be chomping at the bit in the stands, should be a great atmosphere. See you there
Mr B Posted 9 December 2010 Posted 9 December 2010 They will probably play about their 3rd team, so we may see players like Adebayor
