Petchy Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 I think we should all just wait and see what this about tbh. I'm sure Stringer will poke his nose about trying to find some info.
themotivator Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 people need to stop taking this rumour seriously. Muzzy has no knees. spot on. loved muzzy, but the idea of having him back as a player is absurd. i shouldn't have to go into any detail as to why.
dannythefox Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 People need to think hes been out for 5+ years hes not coming back as a player lets not be stupid! He might come back as a coach but wasnt aware we needed anyone?
tylesta Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 he stayed with us the first time round, just like he promised us he would, unlike Mr Savage! You're obviously joking or you can't remember what was probably the best goal for Leicester, certainly that I've ever witnessed, ever scored against Grimsby! if i remember rightly izzet wanted to stay but we couldn't afford him, i think in his words he said.....if wish it was diffrent and i could stay. after the last time we went down before that we went into administration so i think we thought carefully
Cat Burger Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 Bjblyth changed his avatar , good job I saved it for the wank bank.

Yorkshire Blue Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 Not sure how true it is, as I couldn't believe it when I was told. However, heard from a mate of Muzzy that he'll be on trial at the club, in the view to sign for the rest of the season.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 If Izzet comes back as a player I will upload a video on this thread of me singing a Katy Perry song while dressed as a woman. Out of the game altogether since 2006, last team he played for was Thurmaston Town as a favour and I'm pretty sure he has business interests these days anyway. I wouldn't mind him coming back in some capacity though, one of the best players of the O'Neill era and deserves to be recognised as such. Please let it be true!
Petchy Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 Yeah, sounded like he was just dismissing it from his own point of view. Doubt he was informed on it.
drc Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 I must have misunderstood it then, not being a native speaker it can be hard with this fast radio-broadcasts sometimes.
Salieri Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 Can't believe for one moment this being true and as much as I love Muzzy, I hope it isn't.
One Arm Babba Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 Don't know if anyone else has already mentioned this but, didn't Muzzy just go in to the bookmaking business with a few partners??? Surely it is not allowed for a active player to be involved in such business activities. I just can't see this being true??? But will keep an open mind.
CupidStunt Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 If Muzzy was wheeled onto the pitch on a sack barrow with his brain in a pickle jar, he could still do a job for us
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 Didn't he quit the game due to injury? I know he still plays and has a role in the game with coaching, so rejoining in the form of staff is not unthinkable, but as a player surely not - and although I would be amazed and in some way delighted, the fear would be that he tarnishes the legend status he quite rightly has.
CupidStunt Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 Joking aside Muzzy will never return as the player he once was, and i am think i am correct in saying his knees have gone through injury
evs_the_fox Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 5 pages before this was confirmed as rubbish. Wow.
the_foxes_till_i_die Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 like there was anychance anyway why the **** would we want him he signed for thurmaston last year
Houdini Logic Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 Meh, if you get to tap this at the end of the day i don't blame you. Is that a man?
