broughtonblue Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 will have to put up with for now, won't matter next season when we are on motd
broughtonblue Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 Whenever she appears I want to land something on her face. jizz?
body102 Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 What does my nut in , is they have cameras at everygame , so why not actually put the most exciting and entertainng game of the day on , Instead of drab 1 nil victories just because that is the game that had been chosen . Sky manage to get game of the day on football first within 3 hours of game ending so why cant the bbc do it in the 6+hours they have after a game.

Because they only have multiple cameras at certain games in the champ i'd imagine.
Corky Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 There wasn't a lot more they could show from yesterday, possibly Vassell's volley which was saved. We get a decent amount of coverage, Manish likes to include us in the analysis on a regular basis.
North-LondonFox Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 i'd rather have des the weatherman doing the graphic tactical analysis of claridges forehead than put up with her toss Ha ha ha ha ha - made me laugh out loud!
Guest ttfn Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 It's strange that people don't moan about our 'lack' of coverage when we lose This year we've had more than our fair share of highlights on the FLS Main game for Boro, over 10 mins 8 minutes for the Reading game 8 Minutes for the Portsmouth game 6 minutes of focus on us after the S****horpe match with Sven Another 6 minutes with that Cringeworthy Clemmit feature for the Hull game 4 Mins for the Donny game 13 Mins for the Ipswich game and another 4 minutes worth for the Leeds match I'm sure we'll be a feature game again before the end of the season, and we'll have highlights for the Derby match in February. What more do you want? There are 72 clubs in the football league, not one. We may all think Leicester should be the centre at the Earth, but it's a fact that the teams doing well get the most coverage. Now that's not to say I wasn't pissed off they didn't show the Vassell chance yesterday, but still, they had two live game highlights to show, the Ipswich-Forest feature game to show (which was their main OB game, so they weren't going to chop it) and the rest of League 1 and 2 to do. There will never be 'highlights' of a game where there is only one camera at, unless it's like 7-7 or something special. They are contracted to show up to 20 mins highlights of one feature 3pm game, and they can show highlights of any live matches shown on Sky or the BBC It's a good show, and to get about a minute is what most teams get. If it was a 3-3 thriller or something, we'd have got longer. Other than the Vassell shot, what else was there to show? Why do we need an honourable mention just because we beat a team that was second in the league? If Swansea had beaten us, would you have all gone 'oh well Swansea beat us an we only got one minute, god why can't they get an honourable mention for smashing us at our own gaff' I didn't think so. Good facts. There's always a massive conspiracy against Leicester. Either we are the only ones who don't get shown on FLS, or are the only ones to get tight offside goals disallowed or penalties turned down, or (as was a perennial complaint until recently) the only ones never to draw a big team in the cup.
hbkkids Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 i agree, i was going to start the same thread, i dont think we have ever been the main game

What show have you been watching and yep I'm ever so grateful the BBC gave us '12 minutes' of coverage from a game we lost 6-1.

Guest parky0607 Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 I can't remember when we've been the main game for a long time now, but what would be the best solution is to do what sky do and let you choose which game you watch, that way everybody is happy.
Corky Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 What show have you been watching and yep I'm ever so grateful the BBC gave us '12 minutes' of coverage from a game we lost 6-1. He's been watching the same show as you and I, and stating that we aren't ignored and we get a fair share of coverage.
Jimmy Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 with Manish being a known Leicester fan they are scared of being accused of bias
h1210 Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 Have we all forgotten about ITV's tremendous coverage before last season ?
cc_star Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 FFS, now Match Of the Day is on with Arsenal - Man city NIL-NIL A game that a lot of people who wanted to to see it just watched on Sky BBC is shit compared to Sky for footie
Unit Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 FFS, now Match Of the Day is on with Arsenal - Man city NIL-NIL A game that a lot of people who wanted to to see it just watched on Sky BBC is shit compared to Sky for footie If it was the only game on sky (not sure because I've not got sky) that would probably be due to them buying more time to edit the other games together, that game would have pretty much had all the highlights created as it went along
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 5 January 2011 Posted 5 January 2011 Think Man City might come for a 0-0 against the mighty LEICESTER and get a replay at Eastlands
