themotivator Posted 3 January 2011 Posted 3 January 2011 fls show needs sorting out. showing highlights from 3 leagues takes the piss... the highlights themselves are shocking, no replays, bad camera angles, ommission of key moments in games. AND WHO THE **** GIVES A SHIT ABOUT THAT WOMAN WHO SITS ON THE DESK RECITING DRIVEL THAT SHITHEADS TXT IN. JOKE. better than nothing though i suppose

We beat the 2nd place team & only got goals shown

But yeah our coverage is fooking shite, especially bearing in mind how well we've done under Sven. I think part of it must be because Manish the presenter is supposedly a city fan, plus clarridge being ex leicester so they don't want it to look bias.

JOKE. better than nothing though i suppose I think she's their attempt at some sex appeal I agree the show is shit it doesn't spend enough time on the actual highlights and there is no excuse for how late it's on. Though in their defence, today what other highlights should they have shown?

Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 They need to strip the format down to more like match of the day, there is normally 30 mins of that annoying bloke with the goatee pretending to be funny and as said the unsexy sexy woman. Just highlights + a bit of analysis (although this is usually dire so would be happy for just highlights and nothing else TBH) would be much better.

Ford Super Sunday Posted 4 January 2011 Posted 4 January 2011 It's strange that people don't moan about our 'lack' of coverage when we lose This year we've had more than our fair share of highlights on the FLS Main game for Boro, over 10 mins 8 minutes for the Reading game 8 Minutes for the Portsmouth game 6 minutes of focus on us after the S****horpe match with Sven Another 6 minutes with that Cringeworthy Clemmit feature for the Hull game 4 Mins for the Donny game 13 Mins for the Ipswich game and another 4 minutes worth for the Leeds match I'm sure we'll be a feature game again before the end of the season, and we'll have highlights for the Derby match in February. What more do you want? There are 72 clubs in the football league, not one. We may all think Leicester should be the centre at the Earth, but it's a fact that the teams doing well get the most coverage. Now that's not to say I wasn't pissed off they didn't show the Vassell chance yesterday, but still, they had two live game highlights to show, the Ipswich-Forest feature game to show (which was their main OB game, so they weren't going to chop it) and the rest of League 1 and 2 to do. There will never be 'highlights' of a game where there is only one camera at, unless it's like 7-7 or something special. They are contracted to show up to 20 mins highlights of one feature 3pm game, and they can show highlights of any live matches shown on Sky or the BBC It's a good show, and to get about a minute is what most teams get. If it was a 3-3 thriller or something, we'd have got longer. Other than the Vassell shot, what else was there to show? Why do we need an honourable mention just because we beat a team that was second in the league? If Swansea had beaten us, would you have all gone 'oh well Swansea beat us an we only got one minute, god why can't they get an honourable mention for smashing us at our own gaff' I didn't think so.
