Bought some coffee for my filter coffee thing but bought beans by mistake. I do not have a grinder. Looked on internet for a cheap one as  I will not use it much  but no luck. Only want a hand one. Any ideas where I can get one? Seen some on Ebay of the antique type under a tenner.

Wouldn't it be cheaper just to bin the coffee beans and buy some instant?

This is Ken, mate. Logic doesn't seem to be his keenest sense.

Only if they are very short or standing below sea level.

Only if ex-golfers complete a below-par round while playing below par.

Probably will do.  It is an unnecessary waste though.

Why not hand the beans to the food bank, or better yet try and become a coffee farmer? Plant the beans and have a life forever filled with coffee!

FAO Plumbers:

Will be needing to put some plumbing in for a dishwasher. I've seen you can get these self-cutting valves which negate the need to faff around cutting the pipe and putting in compression fittings.

All seems great, except that the hole it makes can only be about 5mm and I'm concerned it'll result in insufficient water pressure.

Are these valves up to the job?

Cheers.
