jonthefox Posted 28 January 2011 Posted 28 January 2011 Depends on the time of year. You should be ok now, but if you send it in july , your fooked. The post offices check and send service is quite good for a speedy return.

AmericanScott Posted 28 January 2011 Posted 28 January 2011 I sent off my application and had to attend and interview down New Walk. Got my passport the following week. And that was considerably difficult as i was changing my nationality from American to British. Only took 2 weeks max.
BoneDog Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 My cousins boyfriends sister-in-law can get cheap passports pretty sharpish. They're legit aswell, not those ones with the greenish hue on the paper, so there's nowt to worry about.

Lots of destinations require you to have at least 6 months left on your passports. I'd suggest you check carefully to be on the safe side.

Within EU I think you will be okay - though i would just get it changed anyway if you can........ Places like Morocco you'll need 6 months from your arrival date.......
