Guest parky0607 Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Does anyone else ever have this problem ALL the time?!? I was sat in front of a row of complete idiots to say the least at the Bristol City game, they would have been in SK1 on Row Z, and the entire game they were saying how $hit every player in our team was, saying how yakubu is a waste of space etc I dont recall them saying one positive thing, or joining in with the chants the whole game. Then when Yak scored one of them got up, made everyone in the row get up to claim his £4 winnings from having yak to score first and from then on they were only talking about bets they had on. I admit it wasn't the best of games and everyone has a moan but I was relieved when the final whistle went to get away from em , but why do people like that bother coming to games?
Corky Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 It's worse when we are doing well and playing well. When we're struggling you can see why people complain, often recently you hear complaints and think "was I watching the same game?". People look for things to moan about that aren't there.
acooling08 Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 There's too old blokes behind me who just complain all game about Waghorn when he's playing. 'He can't run' is their favourite.
SystonFox Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 Bet they cheered when he smashed it past David james?!!!! Why do idiots always sit behind you and never infront?I know the way sound travels but surely you'd hear idiotic comments from the front!
Guest bennytwohats Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 We moved our season tickets because of the guys behind us! The guy just moaned and moaned and moaned. I think because of the amount of idiots that go to watch football it's pretty difficult to be too far away from any one of them wherever you sit!
TuptonFox Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 My only problem is the man infront of me being incredibly tall & i'm not exactly gifted with the height gene! nahh the guys in front of me are pretty sound to be honest only ever heard them be critical when it's been needed & join in with EVERY chant! i used to sit behind people like what your describing though last season... unbelievably annoying....
Guest parky0607 Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 the best part was when PVA pulled his leg back to shoot and the ball got blocked and they start shouting "WHY DIDNT YOU SHOOT YOU USELESS ****!" at which point I had to turn around and say - actually, he did
m00nie Posted 22 February 2011 Posted 22 February 2011 least we got the option to move alot of the time.. think of poor old wymeswold in his family box... if he gets a moaner hes had it..
The MayneFox Posted 23 February 2011 Posted 23 February 2011 Recently at the cardiff game, a man older than me was sitting in front of me, when the chant for "leicester city , Leicester city fc...." he would raise his leicester flag, and i coudnt see the match for long periods of time. i got pissed off and the fact that we were 10v0 down i told him in a forceful manner, to put it down, he turned round and said sorry in a disapointed face. i felt really bad and if it is anyone on here i would apologize i was very hacked off at the time.
Babylon Posted 23 February 2011 Posted 23 February 2011 The Leeds game at home had me wanting to kill some miserable bleeder behind me. Why do they even come to the games for gods sake, they obviously take no enjoyment from it.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 23 February 2011 Posted 23 February 2011 Whoever sits in front of of us is probably driven mad by me and my mate talking about our aquariums. I know my friend that sits on my other side quietly wishes for death during our lengthier conversations
Jakemoore Posted 23 February 2011 Posted 23 February 2011 I had 2 or 3 teenagers sat behind me and my brother and dad at the Millwall away match, we were shocking that game but they insisted on blaming Kirkland for their first goal when it was clearly a mix up between Michael Morrison and Jack Hobbs (both away from the club may I add) when my dad finally challenged them they insisted on being sarcastic, twats.
BruinFox Posted 23 February 2011 Posted 23 February 2011 I know what you mean - I was at the Bristol game on Friday and the abuse this guy behind me was giving Vassel was unbelievable. Being in the second row of the West Stand meant that in the second half you knew the player could actually hear him as he came for throw ins etc. Not exactly inspiring him to do better

That is the best post I've read.

Walkers Wench Posted 23 February 2011 Posted 23 February 2011 The man who sits behind me constantly taps my seat,,,and showers me with spit during his rants. I keep saying im going to take an umbrella!

Walkers Wench Posted 23 February 2011 Posted 23 February 2011 It's probably his idea of flirting. Maybe...I'm waiting for the chewing gum in the hair and then i know i'm in

Well the general idea when you win a bet is to claim your winnings. Dicksplash.
Mack Posted 23 February 2011 Posted 23 February 2011 Few points. The people you are talking about are paying LCFC fans, they may talk shit but at least they show up and care. There are plenty on here putting the World of LCFC to rights who hardly ever turn up to games. I sit in the family stand Season ticket with my boy and at the pie and pint game I had a selection of half breeds behind me f'ing and c'ing etc etc. In the family stand this is not on, if you want to use agricultural language sit in the kop, or maybe you would like to come and explain to the head mistress why my son has just called someone a ****!? Luckily my boy has a chest infection and did'nt go, had he been there they would have been told.
