QPR Post Match Thread

Is there a Specsavers in Leicester, I get down there mate and have your minces checked.

You probably troubled us twice in 90 minutes, yes the R's weren't at our best today, but we still won and that's the difference between us and everyone else in the Championship.

You were not unlucky, look at the stats for the game, yes you 1 more shot than us, 2% more possession, we nicked it because.............. yeah you've got it.

I don't need to visit Specsavers, thanks for your concern anyway.

You won the game because you put your chance away. We should've won as we should have put our chances away.

I never said we were unlucky either.

What did Paddy Kenny do to piss everyone off?

Pulling off some magnificent saves I expect. Some of the comments in this and the thread about Kenny beggars belief. Get a grip people!

I'm a QPR fan and it was a good game, pretty even overall. A draw may have been a fair result but we just nicked it, that's the way it goes. From our point of view it was a great game and now we're 8 points clear at the top. I am sure Leicester will come good, and if you don't make it this season you've got next season and have the right man leading you.

Sorry, had to sign up to this forum after seeing this thread.

QPR fan just wanting to voice my opinion.

I think you have a right to feel hard done by, I think every QPR fan would be in agreement that we didn't deserve to win the match. But sometimes those things go for you in football. Not comparing us to a top side but you see it all the time that your Manchester United's and your Chelsea's can play badly and still win.

I think you should take a lot of positives from the game, most of your team played great and your attacking options were always a threat.

As for Paddy Kenny, I am sure most of you would have done the same. It's got to be hard for a keeper getting abuse in front of away supporters for 45 minutes, I am sure most of the comments directed towards him were not nice. So when we scored he just wanted to give something back. And the fact is most teams in this league including yourselves would love for him to be in your team. 20 clean sheets this season I think it is now.

As for Taarabt playing badly, I am sure most players would play badly when they constantly have 2 players surrounding them the whole game and again, another player most teams in this league would love to have. And as for not being strong enough for the premiership, name a team in this league that are? Everyone has to strengthen in some way if they go up.

Good luck for the rest of the season, I am confident you will make the playoffs if you keep playing the same, you have the quality in your players to make it anyway.

I have a feeling Leicester fans may have given more abuse than usual over comments our manager said about Leicester being a smaller club than us or something. We've obviously touched a chord somewhere!

Anyway good luck to Leicester for the rest of the season, Id rather you come up than Leeds

What do you mean? lol

Would be interesting to know really what other clubs fans think of Leicester City (apart from the red scum - dont give a fook what their fans think)

Really no opinion at all, Leicester are completely off my radar of clubs to like or hate, that's coming from a southerner who's rarely been up to the midlands or north of the country.

I don't like Leeds because their chairman is Ken Bates who hates us and where the feeling is mutual.

Paddy kenny is a fat willy puller, and yes we did abuse him all second half but hes a professional player and shouldnt be winding up the crowd like he did , i think he should be reported for his actions.....

but it was fun !!!!!!!!!!! and we didnt deserve to lose at all, hope qpr go up so they can get hammered week in week out :crylaugh:

The dirty little fat :) addict can expect that sort of abuse, and should learn to take it with the amount of money he's on. Horrible little fat whiner. btw, what happened in the corner of the QPR end next to our fans?? something kicked off a bit!

get over it.. 43 minutes he was taking abuse from us.. he may be a professional player but hes still human..

Clean the sand out of your vaginas. Him being a 'fat druggy willy puller' is completely irrelevant. I'd have shouted back at him to fvck off at the time and it's what you expect at the footy. But to come on here after and get all pissy about it is pathetic.

jog on dick head !!!!!

It's a perfectly fair point. Get a life, and probably don't go to a football match again if you can't take Paddy Kenny telling you to be quiet.

Have you not read previous posts he does(philthefox that is)? He's a complete weapon!

Rather not have a professional footballer shouting at us to, "fu*k off, you pri*ks", if its all the same to you. If the FA ram it down our throats about language etc. pre-match, they could at least try to enforce it on professionals.

Language doesn't bother me in the slightest when its between fans. A footballer? Bit different IMO.

I so can't be bothered to do that. I'll just stick to ripping him for being a pussy.

You're the first to mention that. All anyone else has said was he told you to 'shhhh' and possibly a chins up sign at the end.

he took constant abuse, at one point our fans wouldnt even give him the ball back making him come and fetch it whilst they was snarling and cursing him..

he must have done it very snidey also as being on the front row myself i certainly didnt see him telling anyone to f off etc, i seen him jumping for joy when they scored and putting his finger to his lip briefly which given his emotion at the time i can hardly blame him. as i said, he human, professional or not..

Aye well I was front row behind the goal, so quite hard to miss.

Its not totally wound me up, and wouldn't dream of complaining or anything, but it seems a bit trite of some, especially the QPR lot, to praise him for doing this. Obviously they can't see as he's facing us, but he certainly went down in my estimation.

Some people are too easily offended.

I'm sure some people on here don't live in the real world, it's called banter.

Fair enough, they just seem to be defending him shushing people though. Like someone just said, they were near the front and didn't hear anything. My main point was people getting all menstrual about the shushing.

To those sensible posters of both persuasions....

It was a tight compelling game that was, overall, pretty even. We were in charge at times as were the Rs. It was tough and competitive but without any meaningfull malice, shame the fans can't manage the same.

Both sides had a handful of decent chances, we could not put away any of ours, Rangers could, that was the difference.

For the away team, we ran the top side pretty damn close, probably deserved a point, but didn't get it. Painful but I'll get over It....

As for those complaining about the Kenny incident, if you can't take the banter, don't dish it out. Spoilt little brats....

II was stood in the aisle right on the divide left hand side and some little QPR penis Jockey sat in his seat all game giving it large, then when the goal went in he made a right effort of rubbing it in, our end predictably very fired up rose to him, steward called him over to the segregation where one of our lot went for him, he shat himself predictably so was deservedly kicked out for being a little godshite behind a steward, our bloke was let of free as to be honest the stewards were shit scared of doing anything at all to us.

Shows what strength in numbers can do, we held all the cards yesterday and the stewards and the little police in the ground didn't want to know.
