Tommy G Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 Who do I direct this to? I feel so enraged I might actually nut the ticket office door and smash the glass. Anyone had any experience of getting anywhere? I may ring/email. I am trying to speak to someone at the ticket office and she is giggling down the phone and laughing with her manager. Not particularly professional while I'm trying to hand over £400!!! Their names are Hollie and Lucy before I forget that. I wan't to go straight to the top (no pun intended) without some peacemaker fobbing me off with some billy bollocks excuse about the tiket office like the useless ****ing ticket office woman.
sphericalfox Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 You are not being very specific. Are you getting through and all you can hear is them giggling, and they are not responding to you? Or are they taking your call and laughing throughout it?
MC Prussian Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 As long as she's not laughing at you, what's wrong with spirits high at the Ticket Office? Mardy git.
sphericalfox Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 Laughing while I am trying to talk to her Tommy do you have a comedy surname? Such as: Tommy Gobbyschlonger Tommy Grotbags Tommy Gabba-Gabba I can't think of anymore. I am sure your surname is much more hilarious. I have never had issue with any of the staff when calling through, and found them actually quite friendly. Would you prefer if they just grunted down the phone? I'm sure they are not laughing/giggling at you. Are you taking it personally?
Leicester Lass Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 Email the ticket office and also [email protected]. They will both more than likely take an age to respond though.
Unit Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 I've got a complaint to make to somebody high up at the ticket office too, let me know if you find out any details.

The manager of the ticket office is Chris Tinbergen, not sure of his personal email address, but just mark your email with attention for him, and it should get passed on.
Tommy G Posted 4 April 2011 Author Posted 4 April 2011 Thanks for the comedy responses. She was laughing at my complaint or laughing at something else with her colleague. I mean if I was talking to a client I wouldn't start having banter with my mate at work? I had a separate complaint and her ignorance will now add to it
Guest Bilo Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 So that FSF report into the Customer Service charters of FL clubs that put us second bottom of the Championship shows that the poor charter HAS manifested itself in poor customer service? Can't wait till unreachable sees this thread. Seriously though, what Leicester Lass said about both things. The department to which you should complain, and the length of time you'll get to receive a stock e-mail response. If you're really lucky they may even give you a £10 voucher to spend in the club shop. (Not redeemable on tickets) I'm in a shitty mood, can you tell?
Houdini Logic Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 I tend to find smashing up the toilets on match days the most productive option
kimmy619 Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 :You should probably be grateful that you actually got through....!! Many a time I have been hold for an age only to be hung up on when I actually get through I would probably e-mail them to complain, but like others have said, don't expect a speedy response.

lcfc"weasel" Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 The Lucy you speak of is Lucy Green, she's quite fit really.
Karljohn Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 The Lucy you speak of is Lucy Green, she's quite fit really. And normally very quick and efficient when ive spoken to her at the counter or on the phone. Not entirely sure how you go about making a complaint against someone for laughing and enjoying their job.
danny. Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 The Lucy you speak of is Lucy Green, she's quite fit really. oh that's fine then.
