Larry_LCFC Posted 12 April 2011 Posted 12 April 2011 For the more optimistic of us on foxestalk who STILL believe we can do it, I was just looking at the key dates and this is what the football league site says: Provisional Semi Final 1 - Thurs 12th May - First Leg Semi Final 1 - Mon 16th May - Second Leg Semi Final 2 - Fri 13th May - First Leg Semi Final 2 - Tues 17th May - Second Leg Final - Mon 30th May (Wembley) Just me or do those dates seem slightly ridiculous? (100th post )

The post was clearly tongue-in-cheek, and irrespective of my exam timetable, I'd be sure to be at the away leg of the semi to make up for being banned from last years' one. Not to worry, though, 'cos it looks like I'll be "getting what I want" whilst you'll be bitter and upset about not getting what you want. Shame, that.

Maybe the top line was a tad unnecessary, but it's no different to what I felt was a smarmy dig at me, so? As for the rest, you say it's being a twat, I say it's being blunt - he thought I was serious the first time, took the piss with his response so I replied in kind to him. It's just "banter" by today's definition apparently, the thing the English are apparently known the world over for and the best at. If anyone's a twat on this forum, it's Raj. The massive twat.

Gee,..did you not think i was just having a bit of fun too? Or are you the only one that's aloud to "joke"? ....I doubt very much we'll make the play offs but good luck in your exams!
