marko Posted 28 July 2011 Posted 28 July 2011 Oh praise the Lord. I can put my head down and sleep at night now!!!
The Year Of The Fox Posted 28 July 2011 Posted 28 July 2011 God help the ticket office phone line if any are late
BrummieFOX Posted 28 July 2011 Posted 28 July 2011 Can't believe the club have had to release a statement confirming that season tickets will be dispatched before the season starts (who'd have thought it!!) God we have some idiotic fans.
LCFCMickey Posted 28 July 2011 Posted 28 July 2011 Hmm, I've got some pretty complex travel plans happening based around a holiday... For me to make the first home game, I would have needed my ST before tomorrow midday. Anyone know who I can contact or what I've got to do about getting admission on the day without my ticket in my hand? Blunt answers of 'buy another ticket and sit in your seat' aren't helpful. I'm also pretty prepared for the answer 'it can't be done'... which is annoying, but fair enough.
Fox92 Posted 28 July 2011 Posted 28 July 2011 Pretty late considering the Reading game is only a few days later.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 28 July 2011 Posted 28 July 2011 But what sort of envelope are they coming in? I NEED TO KNOW OR I'LL DIE

ThorpeAstleyFox Posted 28 July 2011 Posted 28 July 2011 I love the way that they state that the tickets will arrive before the first home game - like that's some sort of massive achievement!
The Year Of The Fox Posted 28 July 2011 Posted 28 July 2011 Whoever asked the question regarding entry to the game without your ST. I thought i'd lost mine the last game of the season. Rang the TO and you basically have to buy another ticket at full cost, and when you produce your ST at the TO you will be refunded. If where you sit is STH only, (eg l block) you are unable to buy your ticket in there. Pretty unhelpful considering they have all details of STH on their database! Especially when they told me that my ticket wouldn't be reimbursed if I wasn't able to find a very nearly empty booklet!

I'd imagine it will be slightly different this season, in that they'll be able to void the cards and issue new ones/tickets in their place. I think the main issue with the paper booklets were that you could say you'd forgotten it, and give it to someone else to use.
accessory Posted 28 July 2011 Posted 28 July 2011 Can't believe the club have had to release a statement confirming that season tickets will be dispatched before the season starts (who'd have thought it!!) God we have some idiotic fans. The club had the money off many fans months ago. There's no reason why they should have waited until now before sending the tickets out.
Liam Newcombe 95 Posted 28 July 2011 Posted 28 July 2011 The club had the money off many fans months ago. There's no reason why they should have waited until now before sending the tickets out. They've been too busy upgrading dug-outs to please Jose and the pretty boys. I think that shows where their priorities lie.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 29 July 2011 Posted 29 July 2011 I hope we dont end up with those ridiculous bucket seats
Bezzanator89 Posted 29 July 2011 Posted 29 July 2011 Hmmm...ordered mine post-Portsmouth game in March, not getting it til right before our first home game. Nothing like keeping us on edge eh? Not like I didn't let them know waa-aa-ay in advance. Should have got this done a lot sooner than this. At least they're on the way.
lukielcfc Posted 30 July 2011 Posted 30 July 2011 Hi all just wondering when we should see our season tickets in the post? Not long now until first home game n no sign of ST Any ideas???
Random Burglar Posted 30 July 2011 Posted 30 July 2011 Details on lcfc.com. They are currently being dispatched. If you don't get it by Wednesday 10th you need to ring.
