New England Fox Posted 22 June 2005 Posted 22 June 2005 I eat McDonalds more now that im over here. Seems to taste better than in the UK and the best part about it is the Double Quarter Pounder is available permanently over here.
Fox Shagger Posted 22 June 2005 Posted 22 June 2005 You guys should try Maryland chicken on Granby street. Much better than McDonalds.

Am I the only person who thinks that this is filling? 125911 Bonza!! They are quality. Considering extra value meals are over £3 now for a poxy medium one i'd rather have 2 double cheeseburgers and either skip the drink or fries for under £3.

Hitesh Posted 22 June 2005 Posted 22 June 2005 I dont feel ill or anything when i eat McDonalds so ill still eat it but i think the problem is when people eat it everyday. I onyl have it once in a while and when iv got a lunch break at work. Its fast food and its cheap so that why i eat it. I reckon that its ok just as long as you dont eat it everyday.

Flying into Tornonto having a few days there then onto Niagra, then getting an internal flight over to Calgary to do the rockies and vancouver for 2 weeks.

Teeno Posted 22 June 2005 Posted 22 June 2005 The last couple of times I've been there I've order the chicken ceaser salad, it's off the hook and comes in a flying saucer type thing
Alexikokopops Posted 23 June 2005 Posted 23 June 2005 Not really fussed either way, but I rarely go because I tend to go to Royal Leamington Spa quite a bit, and there it's £3.50 for a takeaway at the all you can eat Chinese (Oriental Star), much better than a poxy McDonalds And Newcastle Fox, Canada is the bee's knees, and it's cheaper, woo!! Plus my mate went to Canada and ended up participating in the largest toga party in the world and having a piece of the longest pizza ever, both in the Guinness Book of Records.

Katy Posted 23 June 2005 Posted 23 June 2005 I used to love the vegetable deluxes as Im a vegetarian (well, I was until I was forced to eat chicken again) but Maccy Ds in their infinate wisdom did away with it and I really find no need to go in there now. I have found the power of KFC and am making up for lost time in there - big style!
john_lcfc Posted 23 June 2005 Posted 23 June 2005 Mcdonalds is cheap but the way they treat the animals that are the food is appauling
Thracian Posted 23 June 2005 Posted 23 June 2005 i love McDonalds 125859 I went there for breakfast recently (there being no other alternative at 6-35 am) and it was truly the worst eating experience of my life. Apart from being served by a lass who could have used her vocal chords for sanding furniture, the fruit part of my order never arrived and what passed for scrambled egg or whatever on the breakfast plate was truly nauseous. Did I complain. You're joking. I was in shock when the meal arrived and once I recovered just had to get out as quickly as possible. Surely they wouldn't serve worse in a prison.
