I can understand if the owners are trying a younger approach after Sven but if they are trying to get an older replacement than 45 they are doing a bad decision. Sven is very nice to have around when we get star quality. Look at managers like Mark Hughes, great at typical english "running around like chickens"-style, but when they get a star they don't know shit. They are a waste of space when it comes to star quality and further on shirt sales and greater income to the "business". If you know Susan you know what to do....

He's aged between 40 and 45, currently producing miracles in his current job as he did his last, if he's appointed as Sven's replacement in the near or distant future, in 5 to 10 years time you'll all be saying Martin and Sven who.
