Dylan Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Leicester: Only 1 league defeat in 10 for us- in decent form Only conceded 2 goals in our last 6 matches- with 5 clean sheets. Won our last 4 home games Millwall Only won 1 game all season, against Forest This seasons record: W1 D6 L5 : So not in the best form. No away win yet this season. Only scored 3 goals in their last 9 matches. The stats suggest that this should be 3 points for us, and I think we should be disappointed with anything else. I think our starting team should be the same as Watford; sounded like we played great in the first half so: Schmeichel Peltier Bamba St Ledger Konchesky Abe Wellens Johnson King Beckford Nugent Subs: Weale, Paintsil, Fernandes, Dyer, Vassell. Prediction: Leicester City 3-1 Millwall (Nugent, King, Beckford)
Charl91 Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 If we can't get 3 points here, then we really dont deserve to go up
Yojoe36 Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 I'd like another clean sheet. 2-0 Leicester please
EnderbyFox Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Anything less than 3 points will be a failure in my eyes, it won't be easy though. Bristol also only have 1 win so far this season, and who was that against?
Guest Col city fan Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Don't think this thread needs a lot of chat really.. Simply I reckon we'll win. Same as Watford, the lions team is arguably their worst team for many years. However, I'd love to see us play another exciting game, a la derby.. Cos last night was sooooo boring!
Mack Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 We'll need to play better than last night if we're going to get a win against Millwall. They are not having a good time of it but Jacket will have them far better organised than Watford were. We were far too narrow in my opinion last night, I'd like to see Danns and Dyer play at the weekend.

Mack Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Why? They arent setting any records in the League. Even if we play like we did yday we should win. The point I am making is that not only were Watford of poor quality, Dyche had them very poorly organised. Kenny Jacket is a very experienced Manager at this level and whilst they have lost Morrison and are not in form they will be organised and will be far more capable of punishing some of the shocking mistakes we made last night. Dont be fooled, we were poor last night and most teams in the top half would have beat us if they played like that against them.
Raj Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Thing is Mack no one is the top half has beat us at home cos we seem to step it up against em? We do seem to struggle against the shitter teams. I'd be very disappointed if we dont beat em on Sat either way
LCFC FOX Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Kasper Peltier Bamba St Ledger Konchesky Wellens © Johnson Danns Beckford Nugent Vassel subs - Weale , Pantsil , Fernandes , King , Schlupp would love to see this team

I'd be very disappointed if we dont beat em on Sat either way I agree with you mate. And I also agree we play better against the bigger sides in the league. I dont think it's a bare minimum attitude, it still seems to be a nerves issue.
Libertine Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 If there's any changes I'd probably go for Danns in for Yuki. Sounded like he was knackered last night and there also wasn't any pace in the midfield at all, need to get running at and behind them a bit more.

Sounded like he was knackered last night and there also wasn't any pace in the midfield at all, need to get running at and behind them a bit more. I'd look to bring in Danns too, to play on the left instead of Wellens or King, who do not seem remotely compatible when played alongside each other. (I know who I would choose, others no doubt will disagree) I thought Johnson did well enough to be given another start in the holding role and I like the Peltier/Abe combination on the right. It needs a bit of work but with no one else remotely interested in the wide midfield roles I think Abe would be a good bet.....
dannythefox Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 I'd keep it the same why fix something thats not broke but i think sven might start with Danns or Fernandes. I would also like to see Schulpp on the bench instead of Vassell if it wasnt for his speed he wouldnt even be here!

wagfox Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 This looks good to me, i'm expecting a good 3-0 as i'm driving up from southampton. c'mon Foxes
wellyfox Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Heart say's 3-0 Head say's fvcking hate it when we play teams with records like they have. Plus most of the top sides play eachother. So top six very possible and has been said Sven don't seem able to do that. Fvck it go with the heart 3-0 n fingers crossed top six by 5 oclock :scarf: Two monkeys rid of in one week ???

Father Ted Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Would play the same team as last night. I reckon Millwall will be a similar standard to Watford - dodgy defence and strikers worse than Ade Akinbiyi. I'm predicting 3-0, with Beckford and Nugent both bagging one each again and I reckon Peltier will get one too from a corner.
nickelbyfox Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Kasper Peltier Bamba St Ledger Konchesky Wellens © Johnson Danns Beckford Nugent Vassel subs - Weale , Pantsil , Fernandes , King , Schlupp would love to see this team that would be nice, maybe Abe for danns though!
EverybodyDannsNow Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Kasper Peltier Bamba StLedger Konchesky Johnson Danns Wellens King Beckford Nugent Tough one to pick but i don't rate Abe so for me it was either Danns or Fernandes to come in. I chose Danns because he's a bit more physical which is what we need against teams like Millwall.
vandamman Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 3-0 looks good odds at 12-1 (Sky) I think it will be an easy win, lets be positive!
