Laser pointers are useful in giving presentations. No invention is truely moronic or evil, it's dependent on the person who uses it.

And whoever owns the technology pen - can you refrain from shining it in Falco's face please, you could blind him. Feel free to shine it on his marvellous chest, feet or wings, but the face is a no-no.
