MPH Posted 23 November 2011 Posted 23 November 2011 Im actually really excited to find out what sort of player a Steve Walsh with big financial backing can can 'find'......
Churchill Posted 23 November 2011 Posted 23 November 2011 The difference between Sven and Pearson is Sven will just sign a big name for the sake of it E.G Ricardo, where as Pearson wont go for big names he will go for players with talent or potential and will look to bring them in when needed not just cause they have been offerd to us. Im looking forward to seeing who Pearson brings in seeing as his past record of signing players is very good!

True but Logan was not that bad! Plus he threw Ricardo straight in whilst Weale was on the best form of his life.

John Matrix Posted 23 November 2011 Posted 23 November 2011 Sunderland are running the rule over two of Sweden’s rising stars. The Black Cats are keen on youth internationals Emilio Rossi and Nikola Ladan, both of whom have come through the academy at Gothenburg club BK Hacken. Rossi, 18, is a left-sided attacking midfielder, 19-year-old Ladan plays in central midfield. Both players are on trial at the Stadium of Light until Friday, and with both Everton and ambitious Championship side Leicester also monitoring their progress, Wearsiders boss Steve Bruce could move quickly to snap them up. Hacken coach Thomas Andresson said: “We are not so delighted that they have left, but it is great for the guys that they get to test out how football is over there.

John Matrix Posted 26 November 2011 Posted 26 November 2011 Nigel Pearson to bid for three Serie B stars It is understood that Nigel Pearson, the new Head Coach of English Championship Club Leicester City is interested in signing three players from Serie B, with Torino duo Angelo Ogbonna, Alen Stevanovic as well as Pescara's Danilo Soddimo his top targets for the January transfer window. The Leicester City board are willing to give Pearson the funds he needs to bring them to the King Power Stadium, as they attempt to push for promotion to England's top division. All three players have been performing well for their Clubs this season, of which both are currently lying in the top two of Serie B. Pearson attempted to sign Ogbonna and Stevanovic for his previous Club Hull City (who also play in the English Championship) in the summer, but the Hull City board refused to provide him with the funds he needed to finalise a deal. It is believed that scouts from Leicester City attended Torino's 1-0 win over Livorno this afternoon, and will be travelling over to Vicenza tonight to watch Soddimo compete in tomorrows game at Stadio Romeo Menti. All three will be watched by the Club's Director of Football Andrew Neville and Chief Scout Bill Green, when both sides meet in Turin on Saturday 10th December. chatting poop methinks

dog_4 Posted 26 November 2011 Posted 26 November 2011 i'm really positive now! we've got a plan b and when jan comes round with £10m to spend we'll be fine! jelavic, townsend and kebe for me! gallagher will be more effective coming off the bench when we have two quick wingers burning out the opponent full backs!
Ambitious Posted 27 November 2011 Posted 27 November 2011 We probably wouldn't need him at this current time and maybe wouldn't fit into our style of play although he would be an excellent short term acquisition but reports from Brazil have revealed that Ronaldinho wants to leave his current club Flamengo as they havn't paid him his full wage for the past 4 months. He did say in an interview whilst at Barcelona that he would like to play in england one day?

Failing that write a few fake articles about how he might be going to Hibernian that might be something to do.

There is no chance that Ronaldinho will come to Leicester.
