I LOVE Lloyd Dyer

If Lloyd Dyer had consistency and was able to perform at his best week in week out he would be in the premiership.

Same with Gally, don't look at their poor performances as negatives, it's what keeps them at the club/got them here in the first place.

To succeed in the premiership we will need improvements from both of them, but right now they are playing well in a good team and we will struggle to attract better in January.

Where were you yesterday bert

Went and sat in the kop with the mrs and her dad as she got him a ticket....

Why did I ever think the kop was the way forward before L1.

I faintly heard the kop sing two or three chants yesterday, which is more than usual. How did ee sound from over there?

Strange ground, i sit in sk1 and can only just about hear l1, but can hear the away fans quite loud.

you cant possibly say beckford played bad, he wasnt lazy, made some great runs, unlucky not to score, great link up play. im sure people just want him to fail.

Want him to well. I actually am glad that we are doing well whilst he improves as it gives him a chance to get better.

Where'd you sit? You may be referring to me as when that ball was played upto him before our first goal, I commented about how it was a pointless ball that Dyer was never going win (with it being in the air) I was made to eat my words lol, but I rate him.

If you're not referring to me then maybe you're on about gobshite right at the very back of the stand with his, 'yes lloydy' comments etc?

I sit just up from where you come up the stairs, and the person i'm on about was slagging him off more than once

I've got L1 Fatman on the back of my away shirt lol

If everyone who had a moan stayed at home our average attendance would be 500.

Don't do it myself but people are entitled to moan as much as they want if they have shelled out £400+ for a season ticket.

I agree people are allowed to have a opinion, but that don't mean everybody wants to hear it, do you welcome bible bashers into your house?

What so if you're a Season Ticket holder you're not allowed to say If a player is doing shit? lol

Up until the goal, Dyer was having a right shit game.

So what if someone hates Dyer. Ignore it, and carry on supporting the lads.

everybody has a right to voice their opinion but to shout as loud as you can stating he is crap and they hate him when he has just set a goal up makes me wonder what some people want from our players

I've just dug this back up to say that dyer is not, and never has been, the answer to Leicester's winger problems. Yes he's fast and runs about, but so is Usain Bolt, but I'm betting that he cant cross either. Not saying he's bad player, he obviously tries, but maybe he's not good enough.

In fact, what we need is a playmaker and at least one winger. Yes we create chances at the moment - it's just that they're crap chances.

I think we gathered from the past year and a half that Dyer hasn't been good enough, I will be glad the day that we don't have to suffer from watching him on the wings no offense Lloyd.

Im sorry to piss on everyones parade but I, for one, am happy that Lloyd Dyer is back in the team.

I genuinely feel that he is one of our more creative players and that he will continue to contribute with assists. He gives is all, is all energy and seems very keen to impress at present.

The chances which were created against Peterborough nearly all came down the left hand side. Yes, I do admit that Lloyds final ball is not always perfect, but you try running with the ball, at the pace he does, and pick out a player time after time. Its actually very rare that a winger has both the ability to skin a defender then deliver a delicious cross every time. Well, unless you're Cristiano Ronaldo or Giggsy anyway.

Finally, and I've tried to make this point before, Lloyd's pace frightens defences. A full back who knows that they have to 'be up Lloyd's arse' so to speak will leave spaces in the rest of the defence for our other strikers to exploit the gaps this creates.

That lack of instinctively exploiting such gaps is the root of our problem IMO..not so much the player that actually created the space in the first place.
