Happy Fox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Playmaker = Darren ambrose He won't come here not this January realistically maybe someone from the lower leagues i.e Nick Powell from Crewe only 17 years old but has scored 6 goals this season and is an attacking midfielder.
hornyhollthefox123 Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Playmaker = Darren ambrose Roberts looks quality every time i've seen him play. And if we can't get someone in the mould of Kebe/Adomah i think Ward is a decent enough option. Whether or not we actually will sign these is another matter

I've seen a few Crewe games and Nick Powell is a very good player, however teams like Arsenal are after him and I think the possiblity of him joining is unlikely
80footgiraffe Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 I'd quite like: Jamie Vardy-Fleetwood Liam Hearn-Grimsby Town David Cotterill-Free Agent If we got all three, we'd be underwhelmed, but I'd be very very very happy A few strikers and a winger I love my club win or lose and as long as we keep key players such as Schmeichel, Nugent and Bamba I'm happy to pay to see my boys play Up the city!
Ric Flair Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Andrew Driver and David Templeton from Hearts. Technically they can walk away from hearts for free as they keep failing to pay their players their wages. Both of them would do well at this level.
Langston Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Andrew Driver and David Templeton from Hearts. Technically they can walk away from hearts for free as they keep failing to pay their players their wages. Both of them would do well at this level. Templeton, definitely. Doubtless people will moan about the standard of Scottish football, but natural talent is natural talent regardless. Remember Driver being shit-hot a few seasons back, not sure how he's fared since, though. Seems to have slipped off the radar a touch.
bluearmyfox23 Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 I would love us to sign these players they are all realistic!! Jason Roberts Jamie Vardy/Bradly wright-Phillips Adomoah Ward Ambrose Delph Shittu? All wouldn't cost to much, would work for their shirt and are realistic!!
dpjfox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 wba have just had a bid rejected for brums ridgewell so they must be chasing a defender, if that is to replace Craig Dawson then he would be my guess to be our first signing
FrankieADZ Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Andrew Driver and David Templeton from Hearts. Technically they can walk away from hearts for free as they keep failing to pay their players their wages. Both of them would do well at this level. i like your thinking
bluearmyfox23 Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 Offer Hearts 100k for them both, Hearts therefore Carnt reject!!
foxfanazer Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 If QPR sign a few players and Jamie mackie becomes surplus to requirements I would love us to sign him, really hard working player and decent on the ball too
FrankieADZ Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 If QPR sign a few players and Jamie mackie becomes surplus to requirements I would love us to sign him, really hard working player and decent on the ball too thats good shout, as im pretty sure some of them players wont get on with the new manager
bluearmyfox23 Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 Bothroyd has apparently been transfer listed, surely worth a cheeky bid?
Milton Keynes Fox Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 Bothroyd has apparently been transfer listed, surely worth a cheeky bid? played both games for hughes?
Happy Fox Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 Johnny Howson off to Norwich, look like Leeds are f**ked for eternity.
Simo86 Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 Johnny Howson off to Norwich, look like Leeds are f**ked for eternity. What's that got to do with who we should sign in January?
Happy Fox Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 What's that got to do with who we should sign in January? I was hoping we would get him , but nonetheless it show that Leeds are vulnerable lets put in a bid for Snodgrass I am sure they would accept.
Simo86 Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 I was hoping we would get him , but nonetheless it show that Leeds are vulnerable lets put in a bid for Snodgrass I am sure they would accept. They are not vulnerable, Howson had 6 months left on his contract, wasn't going to sign a new one and had stated that he wanted to play in the PL as soon as possible. That's why he's going. They also didn't want to lose him on a free like they did with Kilkenny and Johnson
champions 08/09 Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 ryan hall and kane ferdinand from southend
Ric Flair Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 He doesn't score many but he is so under-rated and the perfect foil for other strikers. He's helped the likes of Beckford, Sharp, McCormack and Ebanks-Blake score frequently. Andy Keogh. I think he's what we're lacking upfront.
