Brooksy Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Hope a later train is put on. Was a brilliant away last season.
Leicester Rule! Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Very happy with that. Means I can go now.
dannythefox Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Thursday? That's shit I cant go now I hope there happy at pissing off every Leicester fan!
terry2simmo Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 SkyLink bus run a Leicester - Derby 24 hour service as an alternative to the train?
The Year Of The Fox Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Could make a proper go of this. Book the day off, catch a bus to loughborough early morning, get into derby for lunchtime and on it all day. Not missing my cup final

Not missing my cup final Atleast your honest I think there will still be around 2,500 going. If you can manage a Tuesday night home game, just try book an hour off work towards the end of your shift and you would be able to make it surely? FT will only be about £13 although they will get there about an hour and half before kick off. £13 for U18 STH that is
Walshy5 Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 This has really pissed me off!! Good away day ruined!!!!!!!!!!!! :@ :@ :@ :@ :@ :@ :@
Larry_LCFC Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 I must say there is a lot of me, me, me on this forum. And dont even think about saying im a plastic fan for not going.

Yeah I agree with your point, but even so, for the fans who go week in week out supporting Leicester against the less important teams e.g Donny and Portsmouth, Derby and Forest are big away days. The big away days are big things for some supporters and it has annoyed me that its on a Thursday cause they are nowhere near as good as a Saturday. Rivalries shouldn't be affected by Sky. Cause it's on Sky, less will go and it's a Thursday so even less will go. There the people who will now be able to watch it but that probably equal to the amount who now can't make it.

Friday night, Saturday lunch time, Saturday evening, Sunday - all still easily doable for most, but Thursday?

Bloody hell, were we taking 50k+? Would have needed a big screen outside the ground
Jagdinho Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Bloody hell, were we taking 50k+? Would have needed a big screen outside the ground Sorry, I meant to say that actually care about Leicester.
lcfcadam Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 There's absolutely nothing wrong with mentioning that you're glad it's on Sky so you'll get to see it. A situation changed to your benefit? Cool, what's wrong with that?! Of course it's unfortunate for those who would have gone and now can't (I'm one of them), but there's no need to give people abuse just because the fact that the game has been moved works to their advantage...
Charl91 Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Slightly annoyed in the fact that Derby away is one of the only games that I can easily get to (living in Stoke, it's pretty much the only place that I have a direct train to!). Thursdays a bit of a pain

Absolutely right.. I couldn't have got to this one so am over the moon I can come in from work, carrying a take out and watch it from the comfort of mi armchair. I'd rather be there, but can't this time, so second best will do...

lcfcadam Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Who's been giving abuse? Actually having read the thread maybe no-one. I just assumed that because this is Foxestalk then anyone who suggested they were glad it had been moved would have been getting shot down...

lcfcadam Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Who is the post actually aimed at and whos abusing anyone? See above. Maybe I need to go back to the days of actually reading threads before just guessing what's been said in them based on my knowledge of foxestalk
Jagdinho Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 All this moaning about it being moved, does anyone think its Richie Wellens' fault?
jonlcfc1990 Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 I CANT BELIEVE IT I KNEW WELLENS WAS BEHIND THIS
Larry_LCFC Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 I see the +1 for metioning Richie wellens is continuing. Poor bloke!
