Lcfclee Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 I just wonder if Nigel has had a go at the players and banned them from twitter as there have been no tweets from the usual suspects ie peltier danns and Kennedy or are they to ashamed following the torrent of abuse they got from us 'fans'
The People's Hero Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 Too busy counting their money? Danns will have spent last night out chasing d list celebrity slags. Actually I've said that as a dig but its probably better than the night we all had last night. That said I Rocked a floral shirt with clashing mustard tweed type jacket so who beats who tattoo boy?
Matt Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 **** em'. If they wanna be in the public domain and 'connect with the fans' they've gotta take the rough with the smooth, have a laugh and correctly getpraised when they are doing well, but when they are poor expect to be told about it. I'm not on twitter anyway think it's a load of bullshit, but I certainly wouldn't be on it if I was a footballer.
The People's Hero Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 Matt. I agree with you. If someone paid me 30,000 a week and those that actually ended up effectively paying it wanted to give me some criticism from a distance through social media id voluntarily signed up to, fair play. They need to live in the real world.
crafty fox Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 maybe the ball incident has got the whole playing staff banned ?? and i for one dont want to hear how gallagher is going to be smashing his fit missus backdoors in cos if he wasnt a footballer hed still be a virgin.

I surprised he puts his tackle in. He certainly doesn't on the pitch!
Fox92 Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 I'm not really a fan of professional footballers on Twitter. Why would you want to constantly post about what you had for dinner, what you are currently doing etc Especially the married footballers as well. I'm not signed up to Twitter anyway.
One Arm Babba Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 There always in Nandos. I bet fat Danns and crutchy Schlupp are sharing a platter for brunch.
Leicfox Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 If I were manager all social networking by players would be banned.
ScouseFox Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 Gally's missus was taking some proper stick on it yesterday. Some right weirdos out there, getting incredibly angry she was happy. I mean really, she's not allowed to be happy when we lose, is she? Especially when it was all her husband's fault! Hang your head in shame, Hayley.
Tielemans63 Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 If I were manager all social networking by players would be banned. Same here - no good ever comes from it. I think, if you're getting an absolute wedge for not doing your job properly, you should keep a low profile and shut the **** up.

I think shes a Blackburn fan and was happy because they had won, some reacted to the happy status etc,
shade Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 If I were manager all social networking by players would be banned. I agree, Mr Jong Un.
stivesfox Posted 15 January 2012 Posted 15 January 2012 I think Nigel Pearson should ban Twitter from the playing staff, we have highly paid players who are quite boastful of what they get and do in their spare time. The Gallagher family make my skin crawl, infancy I don't condone abuse to his wife, as this is not her fault her husband is crap at football, after reading the tweets seems to me the Brother of Gallaghers wide stirs it up. Read a tweet last week where he said who are the arseholes on the websites having a go at this week also read nasty tweets he has had at other Leicester fans who have critised Paul Gallagher! The Gallager Brother in law is total knob head who serves to get people's backs up! At the end of the day it's the Leicester public that pay that guys wages. The players seem to have too much time on their hands, they need to put down the mobile phones and start communicating with each other not the public, and if they want to say how great life is then they need to come out and apologise for serving up shit! After all the fans on twitter suffer
