What would you say?

What would you say to the players or to whichever individuals you have in mind right now? What would you have them train at individually? Is there someone you would fire a rocket at, someone you would encourage?

I'd tell the players in the dressing room before going out at the Bridge

"The previous two performances away from home have been frustrating, Frustrating to the fans, to the manager and the coaching team but most importantly yourselves. We know we are better than this we know how to play better than this and we can play better than this. we have the ability and we have the skills and the determination to get a result here if we work as hard as we know we can we will get the result we deserve. All city fans want us to do is play our football and play it well so for every City fan the manager and most importantly yourselves lets go out with our heads held high, our hearts on our sleeves and lets give all the supporters a performance to be proud of. We may be underdogs but with our skill, application passion and desire we can beat these here today. So lets do it! LETS HAVE IT

If you can keep your head when all about you

Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;

If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,

But make allowance for their doubting too;

If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,

Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies,

Or, being hated, don't give way to hating,

And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise;

If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;

If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;

If you can meet with triumph and disaster

And treat those two imposters just the same;

If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken

Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,

Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,

And stoop and build 'em up with wornout tools;

If you can make one heap of all your winnings

And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,

And lose, and start again at your beginnings

And never breath a word about your loss;

If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew

To serve your turn long after they are gone,

And so hold on when there is nothing in you

Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on";

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,

Or walk with kings - nor lose the common touch;

If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;

If all men count with you, but none too much;

If you can fill the unforgiving minute

With sixty seconds' worth of distance run -

Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,

And - which is more - you'll be a Man my son!

I would tell the players to stop the we can still make playoffs b u l l s h i t ..we couldn't make the playoffs from the first game of the season.everytime they make comments they make fools out of themselves..keep it buttoned and do it where it counts..

I'd ask them if they want to play for the club and why they're in fact here.

"In 2012, a crap footballing unit was sent to prison by a footballing court for a crime they definitely committed. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Leicester underground. Today, still wanted by the fans they survive as players of fortune. If you need a crap team, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire The First Team."

If we didn't have a game on Tuesday, they'd be walking down High Street and through HighCross tomorrow, I'd have them running all of the next training session and working, not aloud a ball out (like the ice hockey film called Miracle). The rest of the week we'd practice the basics. Then come Sunday I'd do the FM teamtalk of I expect a win for the fans prove to the fans that you're better than you're showing, that you actually care. Give them the day out at Wembley they deserve after watching the garbage you've churned out all year, if they didn't perform, fined half a weeks wages, expect them to try hard and any of them that didn't try would be on their bike.

I'd speak in the only language these jerks understand, "you win and you get 50% bonus for the week, you lose you get £250, and danns, get the fucc off spitter and learn how to pass".

I'd like to ask them if they feel this is acceptable.

And why they find it so tough to play against sides well below us.
