purpleronnie Posted 12 November 2012 Author Share Posted 12 November 2012 Houston win 1st leg 3-1 L.A win 1st leg 3-0 How on earth is this happening?
Bridge Posted 12 November 2012 Share Posted 12 November 2012 Not sure how Houston did it really..as for Shittle, they made it so easy for L.A. by trying to bunker in playing a 4-5-1. Keane, Beckham & Donovan cut em to pieces..don't see any way back for the Flounders.
purpleronnie Posted 12 November 2012 Author Share Posted 12 November 2012 Strange to think LA were bottom of the league and looked hopeless earlier in the season, now they'll probably win it again.

Jordan Posted 18 November 2012 Share Posted 18 November 2012 Houston play the 2nd leg leading 3-1...kickoff at 9pm our time. Nervous. DC has their backs against the wall, but they've sold all the tickets they could at RFK and sold some standing-room only tickets at the gate. Come on, Houston, finish them... shen Posted 28 November 2012 Share Posted 28 November 2012 So Casino Jimmy is in the Team of the Year and chosen as the Goalie of the Year. Amazing turnaround from his fortunes here, although he never actually got the chance. He WAS a decent keeper for AaB, but this surprises me. He's either completely transformed or the standard of goalies in the MLS is appalling!
purpleronnie Posted 1 December 2012 Author Share Posted 1 December 2012 I know we've got little chance but I'm still nervous.

purpleronnie Posted 5 December 2012 Author Share Posted 5 December 2012 Well it all ended in dissapointment although I wasn't surprised. With the rumours of Kaka coming to the MLS next season could be exciting as I'm sure they'll be more big signings. Heres a little bit of end of season tifo:-

purpleronnie Posted 8 January 2013 Author Share Posted 8 January 2013 Ryan Nelsen quitting the EPL to manage Toronto, pretty surprised with that, maybe all the increases in revenue in the MLS can prize premiership players over there. Will lampard be going to L.A?

purpleronnie Posted 4 March 2013 Author Share Posted 4 March 2013 Well L.A. won easily, NY had a thriller at portland 3-3, crackin atmosphere...but it always is. The only surprise is seattle lost at home, oh and dallas got 18,000 fans. 45,000 watched seattle lose......chuckle!

Possibly its because it would make me smile to see a Canadian team win the MLS.
