Mack Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Last night in the family stand not far from me was a middle aged guy with a couple of his mates. Every time Gallagher did something that did not meet with his approval he shouted at Pearson to "Get him off" Then, when he was substituted as he left the pitch he told him to **** off repeatedly whilst flicking the V. Bad language and family stand issue aside just what is it with some of our halfbreed fans that think it's a good idea to be so utterly rotten to our own players? It really pisses me off.
Stig the Lawnmower Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 me too. nobody sets out to play badly, we all have off days. last season a bloke behind me in SK2 was giving loads of abuse to the team as a whole. got fed up and told him to fcuk off to the away end where he should be. he was bigger than me and a row ensued, when he called me a bald headed twat. wouldn't mind but he was as bald as a badgers arse! a replied to this effect and we both burst out laughing, then he apologised for his behaviour!
Corky Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 At Barnsley this season I was sat (not stood, don't agree with it ) near a bloke who shouted two things all game- "Gerrafootin" and "Sort It Out", except the Out had a Cockney twang, so if you can imagine a shout with half-Leicester half-London accent.
HEGGSY Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Last night I had someone next to me, who came about 10 minutes late, sat down at the precise point St Ledger lost the ball and shouted "THAT NUMBER 12, WHO'S THAT? HE'S BEEN SHIT ALL GAME" lol lol lol lol

Had very similar vs Peterborough. Slating Gallagher before they even knew the team i.e 'Is Gallagher playing?'...'Hope not, he's ****ing shit'. They even booed his name when he was being called out on the team-sheet over the PA. Really pisses me off, too.
jimmer Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Yet they will all be cheering his name if he scores.... Unfortunately every club has them

bmt Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Woman next to me at home games shouts abuse all game every game but always gets the black players mixed up even though they look nothing alike and play in different positions. Always quite amusing
Mjlewis08 Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Guy last night when Wellens made a mistake shouts "f**k off Wellens you useless C**t" 10 minutes later not long before full time he says "Wellens has put some quality crosses in all night". Priceless
MrSpaM Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Two people near me yesterday got up and left after 78 minutes, i've seen people leave early before, but thats just a joke, especially considering they missed the last two goals. Muppets
jonlcfc1990 Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 My brother has been pissing me off lately... He says he's not renewing but lately he seems to moan a lot more at home games and expects people to turn round and agree i keep telling him to shut up and support the team and that usually works If that fails a good slap round the head comes in handy
Le12fox Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 A lad near me kept on calling wellens a v100 beanhead?
Muffin1975 Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Absolutely moron sat next to us last night. Abused anyone and everyone as loud as he could, but in particular Marlon King and the linesman on our side. It got that bad that a family sat in front of us left and found other seat. The use of "c*nt" was often, loud and apparently to him highly amusing. Sad to say some around him seemed to think this is funny. I suppose it's what I should expect sitting on the edge of & K block really....... Absolutely moron sat next to us last night. Muppets Maybe they had to leave for a reason, like an unexpected emergency or similar ?

Ian W LCFC Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Ther is this guy 2 rows behind me who absolutely hates Gallagher every free kick he takes he says' ooooohhhhh where is your mum to wave to' and 'what a little powder puff' but when he scored his screamers against palace he just sat their and smiled!
Guesty Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 The guy behind me first game of the season 2 minutes in, "Nugent he's a fvckin' donkey why've we signed that clown". Next game "Nugent stop shooting at the post", like he ment too. Same bloke 6 games in, "I wish all the players had the same work rate as Nugent, hes quality."
stourbridgefox Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 It don't matter where you go there is always an annoying bloke behind. But anyway, highlights of odd fans near me this season are... An African women (from Africa) all dressed up in yellow and green who sat on her own apart from periods where she would get up and do a strange swirly dance for no reason. She got very excited by both John Pantsil and Jeff Schlup when he came on. I can't remember which game this was but it was at the beginning of the season when Sven was still here. She was quite charming and very good natured but did not really seem to know what was happening. Last night there was an Asian lad behind us. MrsStourbridgeFox speculated that he was a Birmingham fan because when they scored he filmed the goal and then filmed the Birmingham fans. When we we scored, I turned around to tease him by asking him if it was a good goal. He replied by grinning blankly at me and filming me. I don't think he spoke a word of English. He seemed totally overwhelmed by our third goal but did not know how to express it. He just grinned and filmed and grinned some more. I don't know if he was from Thailand but he was definitely from the Far East. He had a rucksack with him and I suspect he was an international student from one of the universities. I couldn't ask him but I think the game made and impression on him!
lcfcbaby Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 I went to see West Ham vs Bristol City on my birthday and I was sitting in the West Ham stand and this guy was getting angry in front of me doing this odd wave at the players and shouting. He was threatening to go to his appartment and not watch the rest of the game (West Ham weren't even losing). Anyway at half time he left as he said he would. From where we were sitting we could see a block of appartments and about 30 minutes later the same guy wearing his same florecent hat and West Ham Shirt was sitting on his appartment balcony shouting and waving at the players. It was quite amusing to watch. I presume he was shouting he was too far away to see!
stix Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Linesman was a twat and Marlon is a ****? Sit in the family stand in future to avoid these nasty words That wouldnt make a blind bit of difference. Anyway, we sat in sk1 for the swindon game, about 2/3's of the way up. There is an old guy, must be around retirement age who didnt stop berating Gallagher for the whole game. Honestly it was unbelievable. We sit in N block, our seats are about halfway up and my seat is the last seat before the segregation for the away fans. There are two middle aged guys next to us who always come late, slag the whole team off regardless of performance, and one of them oddly tries to goad the away support for the whole game. You know the sort, looking over with a 'come on in' kind of gesture and sings the leicester ambulance chant to them. Which is all well and good in jest, this guy really means it though! Wierdo
Simmsy Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 There was a guy behind me yesterday who had had a pint (or 10) and all throughout the first half he was at sometimes hilarious and sometimes irritating. He kept making up his own chants on the spot and insited on singing them despite them not fitting the tunes at all. Whenever there was a hant going he was singing it about 10 seconds behind everyone else. There were some funny shouts as well but the best bit was his sheer hatred towards the officials. When they were given a penalty he was almost crowd surfing on the guys next to me just saying w*nker as much as possible. For the rest of the half he said specsavers several times everytime the ref made a decision against us. The "best" bit though was how he kept calling the officials 'black b*stards' (reffering to the colour they were wearing) and he was completely oblivious to what he was saying. As I said he was sometimes amusing but a lot of the time he was very annoying. Luckily he ran out of steam in the second half.
Finnegan Posted 14 March 2012 Posted 14 March 2012 Yes, it was C2! I'm pretty sure you've sat in front of me a couple of times in C2. I should establish that if it was really, seriously booing Gallagher with gusto then it wouldn't have been us. Although we do occasionally playfully boo a few of the names on the team sheet it's only really ever messing about and it'd never be done with the intent of actually berating a player so they'd hear. And, yes, we do all think (know) he's ****ing shit.
