I 'bit my tongue'.

Yeah I can repeat it...they both have cheated on their wifes with younger women. Typical footballers really!

Hello all by the way....

Crouch, Rooney, Giggs, Cole, Terry, Speed (Allegedly) etc etc etc etc on and on ... Standard behaviour unfortunately.

And it has dick all to do with the club.

To be fair I know some gossip on both of them which, if aired could have big consequences for them both. But this gossip is 100% true and something I couldn't repeat but let's put it this way... They are not role models and abuse their position. This is one of the many reasons I don't like the pair of them.

Contradictions galore. If it is 'gossip', yet '100% true', then shouldn't it be a fact? :glare:

You haven't backed your argument up one single bit, for all we know you could be talking bullshit and infact know nothing...

Yes true I could be talking bullshit but why would anyone even comment if they were going to make shit up? I know they probably do on here but I'm just saying I know for a fact they are both unfit to be called 'role models'.

Well it's not gossip but it would be classed as gossip to you as you cannot prove that I am not making it up. However it is true and I have no reason to make things up. Check my past posts if you don't believe me, I have never made any bullshit rumours up on here and only passed on info if I know its correct. Also can gossip not be true then? Gossip just means it is talked about. There is a gossip column in a lot of newspapers, doesn't mean it is all bullshit (although most of it is).

A little story from pre 'florists' match on Tuesday.

I am well known on this site for consistently, over the last two or three years, suggesting Wellens in particular and Gallagher to some extent simply are not good enough to be in our first team. I do not like them as players, and Wellens particularly for his arrogance on the pitch.

At 5.30 pm on Tuesday I was crossing the road toward the city centre from the Holiday Inn, with the green light on for pedestrians with no traffic approaching. Upon getting half way across the road an idiot driver in a soft top expensive German car ( white ) was heading in my direction at stupid speed. My initial thoughts were boy racer with a miniscule IQ or tosser with a small penis. The driver had one hand on the wheel and his 'mobile' to his ear with the other and got nearer to me with the car across both lanes, generating some nervousness on my part as the driver's control genuinely seemed to be less than adequate.

He did manage to stop, but was beyond the thick white line that proper drivers would not have crossed. I stared at the fool, who was 'staring me down' - there was a situation developing. The sun was in my eyes, but I seemed to recognise the driver so I held back from giving him a ' round of f***s' in case I knew him.

As I got across the road, with both of us still staring at each other, I recognised the passenger as Gallagher. Yes, the chump in the driving seat, was he who for some reason is still much loved by a few Leicester fans, Richie ( the Manc ) Wellens.

This was my chance to tell the W****r exactly what I thought of him, in a very big way!

I 'bit my tongue' hard, to stop myself. I am a Leicester supporter, and it simply was not in me to just gratify myself because at the end of the day, whether we like it or not, they are still part of our squad.

Instead, a bit like a 'sap' I raised my hand in acknowledgement to both players and Gally returned the gesture.

Was I right?

Alot of footballers are unfit to be called role models.

So why did it take me to write it then? Scared the cheat police will come and arrest you...

What footballers are role models these days

I'd have gone upto him and asked whether he was teying to kill all lcfc supporters. That way you'd have got a dig in about his driving and he'd have known you knew who he was. Certainly wouldn't comment about his and gallys playing. Really wouldnt blame them if they ****ed off in the summer. It's embarassing how short our memories are. Both have been very good servants to this club. Gally was the best player of the season after last Xmas, and Wellens was unvelievable at Norwich last month.

I think i hate most of our fans more than I do underperforming players

I'm sorry mate but just because some spoilt footballers think it's fine to do it doesn't make it right. It should be condemned. Saying it has nothing to do with the club is as wrong as saying racist behaviour or criminal behaviour in a footballer's private life has nothing to do with the club.

good servants to the club. I remember the days when we paid servants millions of pounds, them was the days.

Gordon banks was a great player for the club but I wouldn't want him in goal for us next season.

Hello all by the way....

Exactly. We should all think twice before worshipping any of them tbh.

If it's irrelevant when Giggs does it so it should be when Wellens, Gallagher, or Dennis Wise does it.

artursteppe is a serial Wellens/Gallagher hater who has been talking bollocks about them for ages. So I have no reason to believe this story, other than because it's entirely plausible lol

We all know people who answer their phone whilst driving, not a good thing no but I bet you wouldn't be bothered enough to post about it if you didn't already dislike them to an unhealthy level.

I do not like them as players, and Wellens particularly for his arrogance on the pitch. (Not a bad thing, a team needs an arrogant player to dish out a bit of tough love to the meeker ones - Yes his days may be numbered but he's done a good job for us)

Obviously, we've only had one side to the story so I can't really judge the credibility of the situation. However, if it's true the way you say it, then its irrelevant whether they are football players or a pot washer. They needed to be told that their driving was reckless & irresponsible. But do it objectively & leave out any mention of football as it has nowt to do with it.

Either that or you just should have mooned them :P

I don't know but it wouldn't be the first time.

If you know something then say it, it just makes you look untrustworthy if you give it the whole 'I know something but I can't repeat it' thing.

So generally people think it's correct to tell a member of the public about their "bad" driving but not a footballer about his "bad" football. Interesting.

Your argument has more holes in it than a siv

Based on the situation. Yes.

A good friend of mine engaged Wellens on the a511 near Stoke on Trent at a garage ,

when asked why we werent doing too well under Sven , he replied " I couldnt give a **** mate "

sad but true ,

this made me feel sorry not angry for some reason

Come on watto spill the beans did what they do is a sackable offense? ;)

No it's not a sackable offence Happy, just makes you think "What a pair of twats" really. It's not as bad as I probably made out but it is shameful and probably would seriously affect their lives. Shouldn't have opened my mouth either but I lost respect for them both a long time ago.

Fair enough, as long as it doesn't effect their club form although you could argue it has..... If NP gets rid of the pair of them onwards and upwards imo, we are doing far better without them in the team and long may it continue.

Unless you have the incident recorded on DVD with a signed photographed certificate by Richie Wellens confirming the DVD is genuine we won't believe this happened anyway mate

What a completely unecessary long winded original post that was.

'I almost got run over by Richie Wellens' would have done.

I was at least expecting some dragons, elves and prostitutes from that wall of text.
