what a good idea sacking Pearson is ;(

lets sack 3 other managers and get relegated back to league 1.

We accept that we need consistency, yet they declare sacking the manager is the right thing to do. (confused?)

Lets face it chelsea have had so much success with a constant change of manager, Man united success has been based on their chopping and changing of managers. (confused?)

The best time in this clubs history came from the decision to keep sacking managers (on no.....wait.....it didnt).

Oneil didnt win in over his first 10 matches....protests for his sacking commenced......clearly a lot of these fans have been found on Foxestalk lately.

Lets admit the truth, we all know relativeley little about football in terms of the manager and coaching side (I am as guilty as anyone else), there is a reason why one of the most common phrases in football is consistency..

So how about we consistently support our club, the players, the coaching staff, the owners, and anyone involved at the club....otherwise lets all go home.

I voted below 50%, I have no confidence in the man... but i am so sick of us changing managers every month with a "Y" in it

It's a tough one to call. We've been dire for most of the season and not much has changed since Sven left, however I believe in NP and imo he will get it right.

I'm a fan of Pearson and don't really want to see another change of manager.

But there is certainly an issue within the club that needs addressing.

NIge is alright but not only does he struggle in this league and cannot handle players with egos at this level but realistically, even if he pulled off a miracle next year and got us up, how would he cope with proper big name players that we will need to stay up? No chance - therefore, despite liking him and thinking he is good if you can't attract a bigger name, we should get a team builder who can attract big names and handle them now, while we have financial backing, or at least in close season.

I don't want him out, far from it, but for anyone to be 100% confident in a man who has underachieved in his second spell here is a bit ridiculous.

There's a big difference between demanding his head on a stick outside the KP and acknowledging that we should be better than 12th and left with six fixtures and nothing to play for.

after the dismal performance against forest i can't understand why he would play the same formation again. the only reason it worked against hull (and we didn't dominate like some people would try and have you believe) was because of danns. it's the same formation that wasn't working when he was playing waggy out there way back when.
