I wouldn't go 100% for anyone until they've delivered above expectations aims, but I trust Nigel. I don't think we have a balanced squad and we have some low quality players, whom he gets reasonable results out of. I trust him to reshape the club in the summer.

I've got an idea. How about standing outside the kp and doing a survey about pearson with the 23000 that turn up instead of the 50 odd people on here to get a true feeling of what the fans think. My point being, it's just pointless. Like a broken pencil

100% stay!

NP is the man, I think he is terrific, he has never failed, he led us back to the 2nd teir & gave LCFC their pride back. How Hoos got the better of Nigel I haan do with the first 11ve no idea, but Nigel never wanted to leave, surely it's proof enough seeing as he came back especially when in the league Hull were higher placed than us.

Person is very capable, at the moment he is still limited with what he can do with the first 11, as the squad is not strong enough. The January signings that NP has made have been positive, and given the oppertunity this summer Nigel & his staff will have more time & oppertunity to build a squad to win this division, just like Sven did, but maybe Nigel will properly address the areas that need improving, not just getting in 6 central midfielders, & players he has heard of before.

Waivering between 100% confident that he can rebuild this shambles of a scenario which has happened since the owners wanted a 'name' in charge... to about 50% (on the fence) because I think his style has a ceiling

I am 100% certain he should be here until at least October though

My reason is just what is happening now. He left a great manager and will now probably be sacked cos he failed.

Also some keep bangibg on about it not being his squad and it's svens.

Well I would have sympathy with that if we did.nt go to Sotton and win then loose to Pboro n Brizzle and the like.

This sqaud could get us up and should of no excuse not for them Sven or NP.

Brighton top of the league Sotton twice Brum at home Hull and others.

That's not a bad team that's an attitude problem and NP is as much at fault as Sven was.

And it's not just Wellens or Beckford It's the whole squad.

I got a feeling that Pearson might not last the season, appointing Pearson was simply a step backwards however we've got him now and we might aswell let him sort it out for next season, however i think the owners will be more disappointed than us. Anyway there's nobody good available to take the job apart from me.

A good team with an attitude problem is a bad team. Nigel needs to be given a chance to get rid of the bad personalities and bring in the right sort of people as well as players. Ones who are just as up for away nights at Peterborough and Bristol City as they are for televised away games against the table toppers.

Hey, that's a great point

any team which does the double over the league leaders and consistently performs well against top half teams but performs poorly to bottom half teams has an attitude problem, but does that come down to having a whole team full of the type of players they are, players who fell for someone else's dream and believed we'd walk the league with the minimum effort required and when that didn't turn out to be true lack the resolve to change that fact.

Have you learned nothing? Hiring and firing every 6 months does no good at all. We need to give a manager a season or two to build a succesful team.Tuna and People's Hero, I expect to see the 'Pearson out' BS from morons, not decent posters like yourselves.

When are people on here ever going to learn? Do you not think that we're in the mess that we are cos every 6 months we moan and scream for a change of manager. Who would seriously consider coming here knowing they had a bout 5 minutes before certain brain dead fans starting calling for his head.

Yes we're inconsistent

Yes NP is no Mourinho

Yes we have some money to spend but that does not give us a divine right to promotion.

On our day we are one of the best teams in the Division but we only have that day every 7 or 8 games.

Football fans across the country need to get real. Just listened to 606 and West Ham fans calling for Allardyce to be sacked. What a joke.

Let's get real guys.

Massive summer ahead and then we go again.
