I'd like to see the design proposal to stop thick people screwing....... (or Tories and the reigious procreating as Dave so gently put it.....)

I'd make it I.Q.

Is IQ even genetic?

Of course it is. I'm in favour of an iq based genocide/reproduction prevention programme too. I'd keep certain <80s, those with strong athletic attributes in order to form an underclass of effective labourers and soldiers. Then I'd wipe out anyone from 80 - 110, with the upper limit increasing each year. There will then be a formula which sets you a target of how many kids you have to have and hitting the target will earn you a reward (much like the current benefits system). The reward will adequately incentivise those with upper tier IQs to reproduce well and often.

This is the only way forward. We pretty much do the same thing with dogs so we all know deep down that it's a good method.

No such thing as thick people anymore, instead we have people with 'special educational needs'.

What about people who can't tell the difference between a joke and serious comment?

I was continueing the joke. I never thought the comments about forcing people to wait to have children was serious.

Then I apologise. It came across as lecturing and superior but it's hard to tell tone over the internet.

With one fell swoop you will prevent clever blokes from getting to have sex unless they listen to Womans' Hour and porn mags will consist of nothing but letters pages and cartoons.

Teenagers could be barred from leaving school and moving straight onto the dole under radical proposals to tackle Britain’s benefits culture.

Surely if they force people to work then they would need to pay them minimum wage and not just the benefit money?

I thought in the UK that all work that's considered the same as an employed role was to be paid at that rate with no exceptions.

Bring on the riots.

I would support this if I believed that this government had the competence to pull it off.

I would have it as a community service, similar to military service, where you are given training in how to be of use to the community, practical education and actually performing a beneficial role to our society.

Coming out of school and going on benefits is not going to help anyone, and it is going to be detrimental to the community, if the government could provide meaningful social work for unemployed people (not just school leavers) to do, then I would back it fully, we have a situation now where there are 20 somethings who have never worked in their life, they are going to be unemployable.

The problem is this government is most likely going to use this pool of labour as a cheap work force pay them less than minimum wage, sack off all the current litter pickers, road sweepers, street cleaners etc and replace them with this young cheap work force.

How does it work though? If they are barred from benefits then how are they supposed to live? Does the school come with free accommodation?
