James18 Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 I went, got new shirt. Went to the training session but left after 15 minutes, so boring. Players didn't put any effort in, even to clap the fans back. You do realise they have to warm up? After that they did some crossing and shooting which was quite good. It wasn't anything special, but it was free and it was primarily to advertise the new kit.
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 After watching that I have learnt to things... Vardy has a cracking shot on him and Pearson is better at crosses than Gallagher
Fox92 Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Pearson is better at crosses than Gallagher I'm better at crosses than Gallagher. You do realise they have to warm up? After that they did some crossing and shooting which was quite good. It wasn't anything special, but it was free and it was primarily to advertise the new kit. Yeah, obviously. More of a marketing thing more than anything else though.
Bluetintedspecs Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 I am so worried that players didn't make an effort ffs it was a staged training session to accompany the marketing hype of the shirt release. Imo they did cracking job and puled good numbers in!
chili_con_carne Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 they've been training all week in Austria! this was more just a warm down session most likely. I wouldn't dream of going to watch the players train anyway. but how did blyth look
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 If today was anything to go by, Vardy really will be the one to watch this season. He really knows where the goalie can't get at!
Aleksz Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 they've been training all week in Austria! this was more just a warm down session most likely. I wouldn't dream of going to watch the players train anyway. but how did blyth look I couldn't work out if it was him or futacs, but whoever it was, was woeful infront of goal. Vardy looked sharp, as did Beckford. Waghorn has quite obviously been in the gym dare I say, kasper too,
chili_con_carne Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Cheers. who's the player with blonde hair in the picture special ?
promised land Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Where was Wellens then unless I have missed something?
Jaspa Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Where was Wellens then unless I have missed something? Injured - Had Knee Surgery Was said to have gone to Austria tho, so probably will be around next season
promised land Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Injured - Had Knee Surgery I should've guessed really, isn't it his knees that are stopping him training with the team when he is fit?
jonthefox Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 My lads video. Watch out for the celebrity at the end. http://youtu.be/simcnKXgznA
promised land Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Was he out on the sauce last night? He seems to have a very shaky hand. The 'celebrity' was milling around the tills when I went down for a Sunderland ticket/ training top. They tried to get him to go away but he was hanging around like a bad smell. A wash and change of clothes wouldn't really go amiss there.
foxesfan1989 Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Cheers. who's the player with blonde hair in the picture special ? Cian Bolger apparently. Youth player training with the first team recently.
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Good tits on that blonde knocking around with Bernie
Jonah62 Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 The tall blonde haired guy was Jacob Blyth. Straight from NP' s mouth cos I asked him afterwards when he left.
Jaspa Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Good tits on that blonde knocking around with Bernie Yeah, hes doing pretty well for himself really
Petchy Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 The tall blonde haired guy was Jacob Blyth. Straight from NP' s mouth cos I asked him afterwards when he left. Not the one with bleach blonde, can tell you that right now. Blyth has dirty blonde / brown hair.
Fox92 Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Bernie with the shades on The tall blonde haired guy was Jacob Blyth. Straight from NP' s mouth cos I asked him afterwards when he left. Where did you speak to Nigel?
Deucalion Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Pearson talked to fans and signed autographs for 20-30 mins after the rest had gone back to the changing rooms. Class act - he didn't have to do that.
nuttytimmy Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 Great to see the lads in a more informal setting today. Nuge looks a right card and Vardy - for all his skill (he's got bags of it) - seems to be fitting in rather well. Also good was the fact that photography was, if not allowed, then at least tolerated. With that in mind, I've compiled a picture special on my blog that IMHO rivals that on the OS...
m00nie Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 did they practise corners today??? remember they didnt do it at the last one...

THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 21 July 2012 Posted 21 July 2012 The current first team must be the sexiest bunch of poofs we've had down at the city for many years
