The Championship outfit have been fighting with German outfit Wolfsburg for the player's services and are set to table a further offer after their opening gambit of €500,000 was rejected by the Swedish side. He replied that it is club policy to never reveal transfer news until it is a done deal. Who is Steve Lovell?

Don't publicise something when it's not been formally agreed, whether that be transfer of players, or arrangement of friendlies etc. Just because some people complain that the OS isn't updated very much it doesn't mean we want the OS to reveal things which haven't even been agreed properly. There is a middle ground.

It never said it was a done deal at all
