Leicesterpool Posted 19 March 2013 Posted 19 March 2013 Boro beat Grimsby 1-0 tonight, superb performance! We are staying up! If anyone is interested boro face Woking at home this saturday, slightly cheaper admission this saturday.
purpleronnie Posted 24 March 2013 Posted 24 March 2013 Wrexham won the FA trophy, with swansea winning the league cup, cardiff probably winning the league, the probability of 2 welsh sides in the premiership and the possibility of 2 more welsh sides joining league 2 next season....there's no stopping the welsh ATM.
Leicesterpool Posted 30 March 2013 Posted 30 March 2013 Just got back from Telford, too see Boro take too bits a very poor telford side. Feel alot better now!
Lamby Posted 30 March 2013 Posted 30 March 2013 Welling now only 12 points away from the title, 9 points if Salisbury lose their game in hand over them, 'mon you Wings!
Leicesterpool Posted 31 March 2013 Posted 31 March 2013 Just finished my video for my recent trip to The New Bucks Head Oh by the way if your not going to Barnsley tomorrow then Boro face Newport County at home if anyone is interested.
Super_horns Posted 31 March 2013 Posted 31 March 2013 Certain to be another midlands team in the football league with Kiddie and Mansfield battling for top spot.
muzzycomeback Posted 31 March 2013 Posted 31 March 2013 Went to afc diamonds Saturday, cracking atmosphere! Also, that bloke who's a Nuneaton fan on here, me and my dad were match day sponsors at boro on Thursday!

Lamby Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Welling now only need 8 points to win the Blue Sq South title, 1 point if they beat 2nd place Salisbury next Saturday
ozleicester Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Poor poor Kettering town. what a very sad and upsetting fall from... well, not grace, but fall from somewhere. Is there a league BELOW the evostick Southern?

Is there a league BELOW the evostick Southern? There is Combined Counties League Hellenic League Midland Alliance Spartan South Midlands League United Counties League Wessex League, Western League
Leicesterpool Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 There's the Evo-Southern League Central they could end up in
muzzycomeback Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Really mate what was the sponsor? Buildbase, the logo was on the front of the programme!
Jiggers the Fox Posted 4 April 2013 Posted 4 April 2013 Mansfield winning 1-0 at Wrexham. Would be 13 wins in a row, and surely the title wrapped up in the Conference.
Super_horns Posted 4 April 2013 Posted 4 April 2013 Mansfield still got 2 in hand I think. Wrexham play both them away and Kiddie at home so will have a strong say in it.
Jiggers the Fox Posted 4 April 2013 Posted 4 April 2013 Mansfield still got 2 in hand I think. Wrexham play both them away and Kiddie at home so will have a strong say in it. 3 wins I think will be enough for Mansfield from their last 5 games. Not a given. Playoffs looks a closed shop with Grimsby, Wrexham and Newport.
purpleronnie Posted 13 April 2013 Posted 13 April 2013 Not sure whats happened at coalville but they won 8 games on the bounce after the new year, since then only 2 wins in 10. they were 14pts clear and now top only on goal difference.
Floating Fox Posted 15 April 2013 Posted 15 April 2013 Anyone who's not going to the KP for Bolton get yourself to Coalville on Tuesday! 1st vs 2nd (Seperated by 1 point!) and 2nd place happens to be Kings Lynn...... not exactly a derby but there's a lot of hatred between the two and it is certainly going to be an interesting night on and off the pitch!
purpleronnie Posted 15 April 2013 Posted 15 April 2013 Cant see past a kings lynn win but hoping coalville can finally find their early season form.
Leicesterpool Posted 15 April 2013 Posted 15 April 2013 Boro are more or less safe in for another season in the conference
purpleronnie Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 coalville drew 0-0, over 600 there, probably majority were kings lynn fans. Coalvilles poor run continues.
Floating Fox Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 Wasn't that many KL, maybe 100-150? Very good atmosphere and we were the better team, again. All of our fans said we'd take a draw and we left feeling positive. The abuse their manager got (did 2 months in jail for doing his missus in) was un-real! A little scuffle at half time which was quickly split up by fans not stewards. Surprised by the lack of knobs there, thought they'd all be out looking for trouble. A big police presence for a non-league game though! Massive game on saturday for us, 3 points very much required now. Belper catching the two of us in with a great run of form too...SBT!!
Lamby Posted 22 April 2013 Posted 22 April 2013 Welling now officially the champions of the Blue Square South. Might pop down and see a few games against the bigger clubs next season.
