Uncle Albert Posted 15 January 2014 Author Posted 15 January 2014 Cody Rhodes v Goldust Batista v Brock Lesnar Undertaker v John Cena Roman Reigns v Dean Ambrose (maybe like Horses Mouth says in a Unification Match) Daniel Bryan v CM Punk - Title Match HHH v Randy Orton - Randy on Vince's side for control of the WWE, I'd love Punk to win the title at the Elimination Chamber and Bryan to win the Rumble, imagine how good a match that would be in the main event. These aren't matches that I think will happen, they're matches I would like to see.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 17 January 2014 Posted 17 January 2014 Hogan signed and sting is in talks. Could be a very interesting next couple of months. Hoping for a big wrestlemania.
Uncle Albert Posted 17 January 2014 Author Posted 17 January 2014 Surely Hogan can't wrestle though? Maybe they will go for a WrestleMania 27 kind of thing like they did with The Rock and have Hogan host the show?
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 17 January 2014 Posted 17 January 2014 Surely Hogan can't wrestle though? Maybe they will go for a WrestleMania 27 kind of thing like they did with The Rock and have Hogan host the show? Bryan Alvarez reckons that if Vince wanted to, he could get Hogan cleared for a non-active role and then have a match anyway, but I don't think Hogan is up to it, so it won't happen.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 17 January 2014 Posted 17 January 2014 I think Hogan could have some sort of match, I mean Bret Hart did !! The tag match piper suggesting isn't a bad idea either. Potentially at this year's wrestlemania could be Hogan, Piper, Warrior, Jake the snake and sting !!! Seems like HHH is a very good at healing old wounds. Hoping Austin plays a part this year aswell.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 17 January 2014 Posted 17 January 2014 Seen a few people mention Goldust vs Cody will happen. I hope not, there arrival as a tag team has really improved tag wrestling I think. Wouldn't really want to see Punk vs Hhh either tbh
Uncle Albert Posted 17 January 2014 Author Posted 17 January 2014 Apparently Rhodes v Goldust was planned from the start of Goldusts return, maybe WWE didn't expect Rhodes and Goldust to perform so well together and be over with the fans.
darko2k7 Posted 17 January 2014 Posted 17 January 2014 My Cody Rhodes v Goldust Batista v Brock Lesnar Undertaker v John Cena Roman Reigns v Dean Ambrose (maybe like Horses Mouth says in a Unification Match) Daniel Bryan v CM Punk - Title Match HHH v Randy Orton - Randy on Vince's side for control of the WWE, I'd love Punk to win the title at the Elimination Chamber and Bryan to win the Rumble, imagine how good a match that would be in the main event. These aren't matches that I think will happen, they're matches I would like to see. My card would be, Daniel Bryan v CM Punk - Title Match Undertaker v Lesner Cody Rhodes v Goldust Batista v Orton v HHH The shield in a triple threat for a unified us and intercontinental title plus some diva and tag filler matches Not really sure what to do with Cena tho maybe against a surprise opponent or maybe against a heel turned Sheamus
Ross-Kemp Posted 17 January 2014 Posted 17 January 2014 I've heard rumours that Sheamus will be back at the rumble as a massive face.
foxoffderby Posted 17 January 2014 Posted 17 January 2014 Did Ultimate Warrior appear on Smackdown or Raw I heard a rumour?
Libertine Posted 17 January 2014 Posted 17 January 2014 They announced he's being inducted to the HOF is all.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 18 January 2014 Posted 18 January 2014 I've heard rumours that Sheamus will be back at the rumble as a massive face. Wasn't he a massive face before ? Tbf he gets hardly any reaction and if they did give him a lex luger push. He still wouldn't get over like Bryan.
foxoffderby Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 They announced he's being inducted to the HOF is all. thanks
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 Batista retuning tonight. Should be good
Uncle Albert Posted 22 January 2014 Author Posted 22 January 2014 I see Batista still hasn't worked on his Mic skills! Does anyone think Bryan will be in the Rumble match? Been no mention of him entering after his match with Bray Wyatt or will WWE keep him as a 'surprise' entrant? Love Punk being number 1, Best in the World getting the longest wrestling time.. Again though wouldn't surprise me if he leaves the match early, he looks to be carrying an injury.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 22 January 2014 Posted 22 January 2014 Think punk will get screwed tbh, Bryan a good shout to win because I can see lesner and Batista at Wrestlemania. Hogan could be a surprise entry. Hopefully at number 30.
Uncle Albert Posted 22 January 2014 Author Posted 22 January 2014 Think punk will get screwed tbh, Bryan a good shout to win because I can see lesner and Batista at Wrestlemania. Hogan could be a surprise entry. Hopefully at number 30. Punk getting screwed to set up him v HHH at Mania.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 22 January 2014 Posted 22 January 2014 That's settled it Punk is winning it, thought RAW was shit.
Uncle Albert Posted 23 January 2014 Author Posted 23 January 2014 Rumours of a controversial ending, to set up a number one contenders match at the Elimination Chamber (the most pointless PPV). Batista saying he has comeback to win the WWE World Heavyweight Title gave a massive hint that he is going to win it, for someone to have the massive return and say that gives a good indication.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 23 January 2014 Posted 23 January 2014 Batista vs Orton for the title yawnnnnnn. Why not have bryan vs punk.
Uncle Albert Posted 23 January 2014 Author Posted 23 January 2014 Batista vs Orton for the title yawnnnnnn. Why not have bryan vs punk. Exactly, surely WWE would go for the option which will give the event the biggest buzz since WM28. Hugo I know you have your views on The Rock and Cena but that build and match was a huge buzz, two wrestlers one was massively over with his return and in his hometown and the other was the face of the Company. Also add in the Undertaker v HHH (HBK Special Guest Ref), there was a buzz about Mania, there wasn't a buzz for last years. As much as we all love Punk, we knew he wouldn't beat Taker, we knew The Rock was going to lose the title to Cena as he had Fast 6 coming out. Punk and Bryan are the two in WWE who are massively over with the fans right now! Give everyone what they want.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 23 January 2014 Posted 23 January 2014 The Rock vs Cena did work for me the first time, Batista Orton would had been a decent main event maybe 5 years ago. I'm looking forward to finally seeing Sting wrestle at wrestlemania tbh. Gonna be epic when he finally appears. So glad WWE have finally manage to get him. Hogan Piper if it happens will have a great wrestling atmosphere to it also. Bryan and punk to close the show would had been speical with maybe Austin as the ref.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 23 January 2014 Posted 23 January 2014 Sting would be awful to see, it's hard watching him in TNA. I've got no idea what they're going to do with Hogan though, especially with his constant hip problems. People suggested he could induct Ultimate Warrior into the Hall of Fame which would make sense, but their personal issues would probably get in the way of that. It's either going to be Batista or Punk and I've got a feeling that they'll go with Batista but I hope to christ that doesn't happen.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 25 January 2014 Posted 25 January 2014 Odds are on William Hill for RR. Batista is favourite at 4/11 to win it. Will be little let down if they give it to him considering hes just come back. Bryan and Punk are second and third faves but by a distance
Libertine Posted 25 January 2014 Posted 25 January 2014 There are rumours of Bryan versus..... SHEAMUS at WM. If that happens, I'm done. (Until Raw the next night)
