PegguyArphexad Posted 9 May 2013 Posted 9 May 2013 Whilst I'm lucky enough to find myself travelling around at the moment I have the misfortune of being away for such an important game. Foxestalk people; does anyone know of a place to watch the game in Boston? Cheers!

Foxestalk people; does anyone know of a place to watch the game in Boston? Cheers! I have the same problem. In LA for a few days but found this website: http://www.worldsoccerbars.com/los-angeles-soccer-bars There might be something on there to guide you towards a bar or pub showing it. I'm gonna try a few of the bars listed and see if my luck is in. Anyone happen to know of anywhere definitely showing it in or around LA?
brisfox Posted 9 May 2013 Posted 9 May 2013 It's probably on the Fox sports network. Most bars should show it
Smudge Posted 9 May 2013 Posted 9 May 2013 Whilst I'm lucky enough to find myself travelling around at the moment I have the misfortune of being away for such an important game. Foxestalk people; does anyone know of a place to watch the game in Boston? Cheers! It's on The BeiN Channel, 620 on DirecTv. There are many soccer pubs in Boston, try calling "The Banshee" to make sure they have BeIN (617) 436-9747. The address is 934 Dorchester Avenue
Alexikokopops Posted 9 May 2013 Posted 9 May 2013 If anyone's in NYC I'll be watching it in the Football Factory opposite the Empire State Building (thanks Jordan!)
PegguyArphexad Posted 9 May 2013 Author Posted 9 May 2013 Cheers - will try! The staff at the backpackers looked at me blankly when asked if anywhere was showing English football that wasn't Premier League!
Merging Cultures Posted 9 May 2013 Posted 9 May 2013 It's only on BeIN Sports. Call the pub ahead of time and make sure they have the channel.

The English pub in santa Monica (kings head?) should def be showing it and there were football fans in the grove last time I was there. Whether the same crew are about watching matches I don't know, was a few years ago.
Stuliasz Posted 9 May 2013 Posted 9 May 2013 I seem to remember Boston Beer Works by Fenway Park having lots of TVs showing different sports including footy so might be a good shout. Superb beer in there too.
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 9 May 2013 Posted 9 May 2013 Is the Green Dragon still there? It was on Assassins Creed 3...

Deucalion Posted 9 May 2013 Posted 9 May 2013 Gary Lineker is watching it in a pub in LA according to Radio Leicester. Tweet him and ask him which one.
PegguyArphexad Posted 9 May 2013 Author Posted 9 May 2013 Found one and managed to get all the drunk Americans sat at the bar to support Leicester. Was lots of fun when Nugent scored 'the top right headed conversion'!!!
