Leicesterpool Posted 2 March 2014 Posted 2 March 2014 A good final, give credit to Sunderland certainly made Man City sweat. But Man City in the end appeared to be too good.
Tielemans63 Posted 2 March 2014 Posted 2 March 2014 His positioning is awful and he's slow like a slug. I don't really understand what Pellegrini sees in Demichelis. The guy IS a liability, costing Manchester City way too many games/points so far. Totally agree. Demichelis has been pretty shit whenever I've seen him play. It was his **** up that ruined all their good work in the Barca game. Lescott must be well pissed off.
Fox92 Posted 3 March 2014 Author Posted 3 March 2014 Also that it's on early today. It's like a support act for Villa Norwich on Sky! Surely a final should either be the only game of the day, or at the very least the last game so everything builds up to it. I said exactly the same thing. It's like they put it on at 2pm (stupid time) so that they could put Villa v Norwich on. I know there was five goals, but I didn't watch it because I thought it would be a boring game. What is up with Sky's obsession with bloody Villa? Cup final should be the only game on the day. Same applies to FA Cup, which should be at 3pm after the season has finished. Anyway, it's over for another year. Maybe we'll have a decent run next season!?
kingcarr21 Posted 3 March 2014 Posted 3 March 2014 WTF was Fletcher doing near the end? That was their one chance and he made a right pig's ear of it. I'd be absolutely livid with him if I was his manager or one of the fans. And probably all because he's too fvcking shit to use his right foot. I would of thought as a striker who is one footed would practise using the weaker foot in training to at least be able to take a shot with it. That attack was crying out for fletcher to hit it first time with his weaker foot and even if keeper saved it there were so many players in the box it could of fell kindly too for a tap in. i was fuming with him and im not a sunderland fan. Bet they were livid
Corky Posted 3 March 2014 Posted 3 March 2014 There shouldn't be totally one-footed players in football, they have enough time to practice being strong with both feet or at least comfortable.

Fair play, they might not be often, I don't know, but everytime I look they seem to be on.

Yeah he sounded really deflated when that Benteke overhead kick went in. Paranoid ****ing moron.
