Guest Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Shocking performance again... I know i sound like a broken record and yes we won 3-0 but he was completely ineffective again... Will say what a performance from schlupp.. Vardy was class again today... Great team performance apart from dyer... He's having the best season of his career by far. He has clearly gone off the boil though since the Derby game. There is an argument for changing it around but Mahrez is still new to the division and you have to remember our football is based on the team - not just forward but defensively so changing even a winger affects our defence and bearing in mind Konchesky's out for another two games a Schlupp/Mahrez partnership might look risky to our management team defensively. This thread is the kind of crap that is just unhelpful to everyone though. Our players must be so bloody perplexed when they first look at the league table and then this messageboard. Support the lads.

He wasnt 100% today BUT and it's a big BUT, most our opponants know what a threat he is, every time he was targetted he had 2 and sometimes 3 people all over him. He had an OK game and has had a brilliant season. So - as others have said fvck off.

Dyer's had a good season so far, fair play to him and it's nice to see, but that shouldn't be used as an excuse to not start a player that, in my opinion, deserves a start.

Grewks Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 When dyer plays well we destroy teams. When he is quiet he takes 2 players out of the game. Yes he wasn't great today, but ipswich certainly found it easier when he went off, and were willing to play higher.
