My tuppence worth; Decent pro, never going to get into our side, has the ability, had decent first season, looked useless under Sven, few good performances under Nigel but can't score for shit. Nice to see him doing well with a decent side though. I hope he does well but i'm just glad we've got another wage off the books because it's better for everyone that he left. Shame that he didn't have anything to say about us though. Funny how he forgot about his first time with us. Used to be a real fans favourite but he's been searching for his way out for the last two seasons. Never looked like he wanted to rejoin in the first place to be fair.

I dislike the lad and I'm glad he has gone, I don't wish him every success as I would rather wish that to people that have a smile on there face and time for the people the effectively make them very rich people. When you are such a public figure you are representing the club, and his attitude is one I wouldn't want to be associated with the club. He had one good season and thought he was a superstar. The fact is he isn't and I have no doubt he is in a honeymoon period and is no what Wigan are looking for in the premier league. The fact he is just plain ugly is just jest. But in summary, his head was by far bigger than his talent, when it wasn't up his backside.
