LCFC1996 Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Thanks for what you did for us Waggy, all the best at Wigan
Langston Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Didn't quite fulfill his promise though it was always going to be difficult with the injuries / managerial upheaval, but he carried us after Brian Stock broke Fryatt's face at the back end of 09/10 and always grafted for us. Always got the genuine feeling he cared about this club and it's fans. Anybody that doesn't wish the lad all the best is a toilet of the highest order.
blue army 1988 Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Stringer is so stupid o_O Its a shame he dosnt know how transfers work.
Salieri Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Sad to see him go, had high hopes for the lad. Good luck Waggy.
lgfualol Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Wigan is a great team to go to. Got anymore details?
Nick Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Good luck to him. Deserves a place in a team that can accommodate his style and continue to develop him by giving him game time.
WhenYourSmilingLCFC Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Shame really. Hope he goes on too have a decent career though. Still only young too

One Legged Beaver Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Good luck to him, always gave his all and I'll always remember that exceptional game against Derby!
Dickov22 Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Good riddance. Another average footballer is off our wage bill
Guest ttfn Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 All the best. For his faults he had a darn sight better attitude than most of the crap that's passed through the club in recent years. Really hope this world out for him.
Fox in the North Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 All the best to him. Atleast he'll get game time there and the wigan fans are happy with it. A win win situation for everyone
Tom's Pasta Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Never got a proper run of games here. Showed some good signs but never really showed it often enough. Good luck though Waggy
MC Prussian Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Thanks for the memories, Martyn. Often slated and injured, rarely played, hardly ever had a chance to shine. It just wouldn't work out. Hope you'll find the success you've been looking for with Wigan instead. You've got about ten grand years as a footballer ahead of you, make the most of it. P.S.: I wouldn't mind you banging in a few goals away at Burnley on the 21st.
TrentFox Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 The manager at the Citroen garage on the corner of Burnmoor street will sleep well this evening.
