Scottish scene taking a beating from the media up north... The state of this.

'One proposal would see the introduction of facial recognition software to identify trouble makers and create a database of supporters who should not be granted entrance to grounds across the country. If someone on the black list attempts to enter a stadium, an alert would be received allowing clubs to take action.'

Yeah, have to say Palace fans were good at Wembley. Credit where it's due HF's really do make a difference for their fan base.

Palace, Watford and us have about the best supporter groups in the Premier League at the moment and all three do significantly improve the home atmospheres. All three have had plaudits.

Don't lump us in with Watford. Spineless, meaningless, turgid group.

Fair enough. I mean to be honest to their group, they seem pretty active in improving their atmosphere from what I've seen. And it seems that is the way forward for clubs now, having supporter groups, who attempt to achieve better overall atmospheres. UFS is superb and since 2013 they've renewed the Kop into it feeling like a proper end. Good potential in the future for our home support in particular to become better than it is now.

Yeah Watford are a weird bunch.

Organised by one bloke in his 50's and then everyone else in it are A LOT younger. He even nominated himself for the Watford fan of the year contest last season.

They don't make any of their own displays and basically pay companies to make all their banners and surfers. They even ordered ready made confetti lol

Apparently Ajax tried to move them away from their section and they weren't having any of it? Real shame.

Ajax building a new safe standing section and Vak410 didn't want to move into it. Can't help but feel some of these groups are stubborn for the sake of being stubborn....

This is brilliant lol lol lol lol

What's its significance ? Is there a Mario connection ?

That's actually Wario not Maria and I have no idea what the connection is!

Even funnier that all that's happening while the game is being played! lol

The only connection are the colours yellow and blue which First Vienna FC share with Wario. :D

Their ground is called "Hohe Warte", so there's another (albeit more far-fetched) W-A-R connection.

On a sidenote, First Vienna FC was co-founded by a Brit called William Beale, originally from the Isle of Man - you can detect some influence of that heritage in the club's crest.
