The People's Hero Posted 20 April 2006 Posted 20 April 2006 Zoidberg: (pause) "...Are you coming on to me?!" President Truman: "Hot crackers, I take exception to that!" Zoidberg: (flirtatiously) "I'm not hearing a 'no'..." Now Zoidberg is the popular one!

Knighton Matt Posted 21 April 2006 Posted 21 April 2006 What about tomorrow? You around for a drink before or after the match? Not around pre as will be dashing back from Northampton and not around after as dashing off to Bristol (so many birthdays at this time of year, grr!). Definitely next season Ultra!
SystonFox Posted 21 April 2006 Posted 21 April 2006 i think i met Thracian before the Millwall game on boxing day. he was handing out flyers for vitalfootball website. he wouldnt of known its me though. i knew nothing of a meet at the cov game as the days before hand i was unable to get to a pc. but if anyone is sorting a meet up for the 1st home game next season outside or in the ground at an agreed section/concourse/turnstile/pub whatever i'd be up for it i suppose.

Master Fox Posted 27 April 2006 Posted 27 April 2006 I would like to meet 'The Peoples Hero' Just want to know what really makes this guy the Hero of Peoples?? <_<
The People's Hero Posted 27 April 2006 Posted 27 April 2006 I would like to meet 'The Peoples Hero' Just want to know what really makes this guy the Hero of Peoples?? <_< It's (I'm) actually The People's Hero. Hero for the People, not the Peoples... (note the apostrophe). If we do meet, could we arrange it to be a cloak and dagger affair? I have, for so long, been waiting for a suitable occasion to wear my new cloak. Tis as cloaky as they come and velvety soft to touch... Mmmm!
Janx Posted 27 April 2006 Posted 27 April 2006 Do you keep it in your cloakroom? It has been told that it is velvetty to the tough yet wet and slimy like a lizard's pelt!
The People's Hero Posted 27 April 2006 Posted 27 April 2006 It has been told that it is velvetty to the tough yet wet and slimy like a lizard's pelt! It smells of both cut grass and that smell when it's just been raining.
Janx Posted 27 April 2006 Posted 27 April 2006 It smells of both cut grass and that smell when it's just been raining. so when it gets wet, does it smell of mouldy tramps like suits do when they get wet...like old wet dogs! Ive had a few of them in my time
The People's Hero Posted 27 April 2006 Posted 27 April 2006 Do you keep it in your cloakroom? Yes. The shocking thing is, it costs me £1.50 to hang it in there everytime and once I lost the ticket for a whole week so couldn't retrive the damn thing.
Master Fox Posted 27 April 2006 Posted 27 April 2006 It's (I'm) actually The People's Hero. Hero for the People, not the Peoples... (note the apostrophe). If we do meet, could we arrange it to be a cloak and dagger affair? I have, for so long, been waiting for a suitable occasion to wear my new cloak. Tis as cloaky as they come and velvety soft to touch... Mmmm! Yes of course, there is no other way. But I’m wary of this cloak you speak of. I am not convinced such a fabric can make one a hero to a population people, maybe a hero in the eyes of the 'velvety soft fabrics association.'
